Clean and convenient!”
Staff were really friendly and kind, rooms were clean and quiet! It was also super convenient to have a Lawson just outside the hotel for convenience store needs. Our family liked that it was a bit away from the busy streets of Akihabara but conveniently located near the metro stations. Would definitely come back to stay the next time I come to Tokyo!

very good service staff. convenient and clean hotel. Upgrade to twin beds room, a bit small space as most Tokyo hotels. Direct trains to Hot resorts and shopping centers. Eg. 成田机场 新宿 六本木 表参道 。Anyway, I will definitely recommend to my friend and will come again if back sometime.

The location was great surrounded by so many different stations made it easy to reach from airport, to go to central town, even to disney land was not so far. Restaurants and 711 and family mart were near by, walking distance to Ueno and Akihabara. All the staffs we met were so friendly and provide a top notch service. One guy followed me out of the hotel just to point to the direction to walk when i was looking for ichiran rahmen. Other staffs arranged for our lugages to be sent to other city and called the next hotel too. The room was small which is expected in Japan, but surprisingly so self sufficient, complete with anything you need.

If you're looking for a good place to stay in the heart of Tokyo's anime paradise, Akiba, this hotel is highly recommended. Check-in went smooth and the rooms are clean and well-maintained with all the amenities you need for your stay. Will definitely use again if I need to stay in Akiba.

It was a small room but had a queen sized bed up against a wall (we expected a double), a large tub, shower & toilet. Really only room for a small suitcase in the ‘closet’. Next to the bed was a built in desk with a chair, kettle with tea & coffee, and a flatscreen TV with CNN in English on it. It was a few blocks from a subway entrance with easy access to most parts of town. It’s in a jewelry district with block of various jewelry, bead & rock stores. A 7-11 & Lawson’s convenient stores are very nearby.

good location in tokyo larger rooms then what you normally find here. the beds were american manufactured beds so they are soft and what you would expect in the states. do not have the hotel do you laundry at all. the highest i have seen or paid for in my life. 10000 yen to do 5 shirts 1 pants 5 sets of socks. thats roughly 100 dollars for laundry.

Although the hotel is a bit far away from the Akihabara Station (500m~), after a few trips to and fro you'll get used to the distance The hotel bathroom's amenities were excellent, and i particularly loved the large bottles of shower gel and shampoo that they refill regularly The bed was comfy and the rooms were quiet, so we'd recommend this hotel anytime!

I stayed here for 2 days only. Hotel staffs are really accommodating and nice. Hotel is clean and room space is good for two persons.

Very Clean, but very small”
This hotel is about halfway between two stations. Closer to Okachimachi station than Akihabara. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Akihabara. Staff was very polite and did a great job cleaning the rooms. Robes and slippers. There is a very tiny fridge in the room. There is also a convenience store next door! I would stay again for the right price.

Hotel is not exactly near to train stations by Tokyo standards (10+ min) walk. However it is relatively new and has all that makes a pleasant stay, plus WiFi speed is very good.

Comfortable beds! CNN was not working ”
The bed and 2 types of pillows were so comfortable! Had slight view of Tokyo Sky Tree. Super centrally located and if you walk in any direction you will end up in a great Ueno dining/shopping district, Sumida River, Ginza, Tsukiji... perfect location. Front desk staff was very polite and greeted you in/out. Unfortunately this hotel seems to be delinquent on their CNN channel payment because the screen was black with a message requesting they call for payment. Also NHK payments was unpaid so a quarter of the screen was contact details for payment. Will stay again! Please pay your CNN fees!

pros: warm staff, good location, clean room. cons: lack of facilities, namely: communal microwave and ice cubes dispenser (have to ask the front desk staff to do so..by them), laundry coins machines, safety box in room.
