The city transport system is about 3 + miles away. In the outskirts of city. Double bed promised, but never provided. In fact the desk woman asked for $ 10neuro /day if it became availanle.

Dear Peter, thanks for your messge. The time you have been with us the hotel has been fully booked. Due to an event in Berlin most of our guests arrived with the car which is unusual. This was the reason you could hardly find an space to park free of charge. Greetings from all of us at the hotel.

Big room, very neat, but administration was quite messy. I booked two rooms and when we came there was only one reserved, and they put other people's bills on our rooms. Everything was alright in the end, but this was a bit strange and seemed unorganized.

If you would like to stay close to the airport for morning flight, this is the hotel. However the transfer is 15Euro per person! If you have companion, get taxi. It cost only 20-25Euro

Everything was very good except when we wanted to use the sauna in the morning of departure. I called before 8am to ask for the sauna to be ready at 9am but they forgot to turn it on so I had to wait an extra half an hour for it to warm up so I couldn't relax because I was in a rush to get to the airport. I think the hotel is too far away from the airport (10km) to be called an airport hotel but the service and quality made up for that.

Allow an extra 50 euro for 2 to travel to and from the airport...by shuttle bus or taxi. this hotel is isolated and 20 minute walk to train and shops...the room discription is mis leading / wrong..... photos of suite on double room...no bath. ...you dont get what you see!!!....young desk staff abrasive...hotel manager is customer orientated.

Das Beste Hotel was in der Nähe zum Flughafen BER zu finden ist.😊 Immer sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Doppelzimmer war groß und sehr sauber genauso wie das Bad. Die beiden Saunen waren geöffnet, leider war die Dampf Sauna und der Whirlpool noch geöffnet, Schaade 🙁 Gerne wieder!

Ein Hotel mit komfortabel ausgestatteten Zimmern und einem eigenen Wellness/Fitness-Bereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig, das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Hotel kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders ein Lob an den Mann an der Bar und der jungen blonden Bedienung beim Frühstück . Sehr ruhiges Zimmer , keine Flug- oder Verkehrslärm war zu hören bei geschlossenen Fenster. Klimaanlage arbeitete perfekt bei 34 grad draußen. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt die paar Tage in diesem Hotel. Verbindung zur Stadt und Flughafen mit Auto sehr unkompliziert . Danke an das ganz Team was zwischen den 25.08.2016 und 29.08.2016 vor Ort war . Gruß aus Schweden

Als Basishotel ausgezeichnet”
Das Best Western in Mahlow ist als Basishote absolut zu empfehlen. Einzig den verkalkten Duschkopf möchte ich kritisieren. Da ich mit meiner Frau in einem Doppelzimmer war, hätte ich auch ein Doppelbett erwartet, aber für die 2 Nächte waren die zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten in Ordnung. Wir werden dieses Hotel bei Bedarf auf jedenfall wieder buchen. Besten Dank.
