Excellent Stay ”

We stay in the rooftop (fifth floor) Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. cute too! The view is nice as the huge snow mountain is just right beside the room is clean, spacious but hopefully the bed could be bigger. and for the toilet is kinda open, suggest to fully closed/isolate it.

One Night Stay”

The hotel was beautifully designed and it looked so classy. Quality was superb though I feel it lacked basic facilities such as kettle or mini fridge. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff that served me for check-in, on the 29 of October 2019, on a Tuesday, was super kind, friendly and even gave us the 10% voucher for the mountain. However, during my checkout, the staff that served me on the 30 of the October 2019, on Wednesday, which was another person was very disrespectful. She shouted at us and kept insisting that we have not made our payment and kept insisting for us to make payment again when we have already made payment upon checking in. I hope the hotel could advise on the worker better on her working attitude especially towards customers or Asians. Thank you.

A hotel with delightful mindfulness”

This hotel is quite dated, but I really appreciated their thought to the minor details. The breakfast was fantasic and catered to vegans with soy based custard and baked beans. I would definitely consider staying here again. The hard working staff do a fantastic job.

Cheap accomodation in Innsbruck. Close to a perfect burger place and billa. Many bus stops nearby.

Everything is good except for wifi”

Only guests that are booked directly with hotel will have free wifi in the room. For us who booked under Agoda or other agent, free wifi is only available at hotel lobby. I think the management should review this policy as everyone is a guest at the hotel REGARDLESS who they book from. This information on free wifi is pasted on the hotel lift, so it is a statement made to all guests.

We stayed in family room type with 4 bed and private balcony. Every look good, quiet . Good for rest . This hotel located far from the town. ”
