Great hotel in a convenient location”
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and three days. It was a wonderful experience, That staff were very friendly and helpful and can speak multiple languages. The breakfast buffet was very very good for the add-on price. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is very close to public transportation (JR Kobe station). It is a bit of an uphill walk to the subway station. My only disappointment is that the tobacco smoke seeps into the lobby and lower floor rooms from the pachinko parlor next door. But the staff tried hard to eliminate the odor or change the room to an upper floor. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel is like an upscale business hotel but still very reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious and have good seating besides the bed. Great Wi-fi and even portable cell phones that can be used locally free of charge.

Excellent lodging in convenient location”
Loved this hotel! The staff were amazing and could speak many languages. They were so helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located between a JR station and the subway. So it was easy to use public transportation to get here. There are also lots and lots of restaurants in the area as well as convenience stores. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are more spacious than usual. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location”
This hotel is just a few minutes walk from the JR Kobe station. It is also very close to the Harborland/Umie shopping and eating district. Meriken Park with Port Tower and harbor views is also within walking distance. Everything was very clean and the rooms are much more spacious than the usual hotel. Even the bathrooms are spacious. There is a nice lounge for visiting with friends or family that can be used anytime. The staff are amazing and multi-lingual.

Perfect place to stay”
This is a wonderful hotel. The JR KOBE station is just a few minutes away and makes it very convenient to get just about anywhere. Also, the Harborland and Mosaic/Umie malls, restaurants, etc are just a few minutes away. Beds are so comfortable and I was able to get a very good night's sleep in spite of being away from home. Staff are very kind.

This hotel is well worth every penny you pay. Besides having a reasonable price, it offers so much extra. The rooms are large and spacious with extra seating. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely, clean and bright. Everything is in good condition. Breakfast buffet has a large selection of both Japanese and western foods. Very convenient to public transportation.

Loved this hotel. It was perfect for a meeting with some friends living in Japan. Staff were multi-lingual so I didn't have any problems communicating in English. The breakfast buffet was really yummy with lots of Japanese foods and western foods. Something for everyone. I slept so well. The beds are really comfortable.

Such a great place to stay. After such a good night's rest, I could really enjoy sightseeing all day. The breakfast buffet is a great start to the day. Staff are well trained and multi-lingual. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

On top of all the usual toiletteries they offer all facial care for women, rel size bottles, not just single use packs. We were allowed to check-in 3 hours before the check-in time, which will never happen to you in Japan (not to us anyway in all the other hotels). You can purchase a sheet mask in the reception for just 100yen, which is great value! We had a very good night sleep and good location to walk around Kobe

Convenient and Comfortable Stay”
We stay only one night in Kobe and this station is directly across from the local JR station, not Shin-Kobe station. If you arrive at Shin-Kobe station you take another JR Line to this one. After traveling for two weeks in Japan, this hotel ended up being one of our most comfortable stays. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel provides a hairdryer, razor, shampoo, conditioner, etc. A great place to reset and very clean.

Concept room has no table ”
We chose concept room with Japanese style. That room had no table, but only a small tea table. The room is quite narrow and quite hard to place big luggage. But it’s in good location and clean, also with good service.
