This Hotel have problem with the staff front desk, the check out time must early 11:00 am, after 11:00 will charger to the customer. It's different NOTE on their Billboard advertisement in their elevator.. Please the management Hotel must review again.

Our room is super cozy and spacious and is located inside the Tokyo Disney Resort area. I must say that this hotel was built the latest Japan technology room features and family friendly with its amenities and other services. If you’re touring the city of Tokyo, it’ll be a challenge for you because the hotel’s location is an hour and half or more away from all Tokyo top destination though it’s strategically located in the nearest bus stops that will take you to nearest train station that’ll will take you to different places around the city. On the other hand, if you’re only planning to just tour Odaiba, Maihama or Tokyo Disney resort, it’s much more easy because the hotel location is near and they provide free shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The hotel serves same menu on their complimentary breakfast but it’s not an issue for us because it tastes so good my tip is that try to mix and match the food if you’re staying for a week or you can try convenience store goodies which is located at the lobby of the hotel which is open 24hrs. The hotel is also self service but most of your needs are readily available at the lobby or in each floors. The staffs are accommodating and pleasant though they are having a hard time speaking in English, they’re trying their very best to communicate and serve their guests.

Perfect for Disneyland stay”

Great stay for Disneyland. Convenient shuttle to and from Disneyland, but can be a long ride depending on traffic (20-45 min). Shuttle can get very busy with people standing. Hotel is very clean. Free breakfast is pretty good. Rooms were very spacious for our family of 4. More room than other Tokyo hotels. Has 4 washers/dryers in lobby which were always in use and take a long time. They didn't dry clothes well at all either. Having a Lawson convenience store in hotel lobby was a huge plus. Could stock up on snacks and foods for Disneyland. Great deal for the price.

Nice hotel”

we love the size of the room and free breakfast with a reasonable price, its recommended. Eventhough it's not close to the station but you can take bus to Shin Urayasu station by bus, dont get mixed up with Shin Urayasu St & Urayasu St, they are 2 different station as I get wrong as could not find Shin Urayasu on Metro line but instead its JR line :).

I initially wanted to stay at a hotel where the Limousine bus from the airport would stop, but it was a quick easy walk. The shuttle to and from Disney were right on time and easy to use, and the breakfast which was included on our reservation was fantastic!

Kid-friendly hotel”

The hotel had a game-theme, which made it perfect for children. My kids loved this hotel. The hotel room had removable puzzles, and my kids loved playing with them. I love that they also had a play area in the lobby, making checking in and checking out, or just waiting for the shuttle to the Disney parks bearable for everyone in the family. Speaking of, it shuttles you to Disneyland and Disneysea. It had a Lawson below it, which made it convenient. Hotel room was more than awesome. Cons: Even if it offers breakfast, it does not have a restaurant in the hotel. Despite having kiddie plates, utensils, they serve the same menu for breakfast every single day. It did not have a pool, would have been nice. There were no stations near it, we had to take the bus. Overall, we loved our stay here. We made the right choice. The price is also affordable.

Nice and spacious but bit far from Disneyland”

We stayed here for Disneyland visit. All was very good, but it takes like 15 -20 minutes to Disneyland. Yet they provide shuttle bus to Disneyland. It also provide coin laundry and connected to 24 hours family mart.

It was a good stay, beds were comfy, breakfast was nice, especially the chocolate fountain :) Kids played a lot at the reception. We have the free shuttle to DisneySea. Overall, a great stay! I recommend.

2 nights here and very happy and comfortable. Shuttle bus to and from Tokyo Disney Land/Sea is available on time. Bus will park at a big parking lot behind theme park. Night view is very perfect. I can see ocean from my window. Bed is so comfortable. There's a LAWSON shop at lobby floor. Breakfast is average and same menu both days. There's no shuttle bus from hotel to Shin-Urayasu station but you can take a bus instead it costs only 150Yen and takes like 10 mins to the station.

location from disney is a few minutes away, but there’s a free shuttle whole day so no problem at all hotel room is super clean and nice food is almost the same for the days we are there but its ok, all the until night free coffee at the lobby, lemon water staff are really helpful bus stop accross the hotel if you want to go to the nearest subway station or mall in tokyo bay area is available (bus#3) there’s a lawson outside the hotel lobby with lots of food to eat all day there’s a mall a few meters walk from the hotel, there’s a yakiniku beef restaurant near the hotel too-just the same a few minutes walk there’s a toys r us and babies r us near the hotel-few minutes walk

Pros: hotel is very new, thus it is very clean. Amenities are well provided. Staff are accomodating and friendly. Good location if going to Disney. Price wise it’s very worth it, we had to move to a different hotel in Shinjuku-Ku to be closer to the metropolitan, the price was double and room size was not even half of the size in Comfort Suites. And the toilet was Perfect!!! Cons: if not taking the limousine bus or taxi, needs two train rides and one bus ride from Narita airport. Food choices are pretty much the same everyday, not a problem if you’re not fussy just like us.

best hotel in tokyo bay”

this is the best choice of hotel I have made when we went to Japan, they offer free shuttle to and from Disneyland/disneysea, breakfast buffet is good although they offer the same menu in our 3 days stay. hotel is new and rooms are very nice, clean and modern and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. there are lots of parks and playgrounds within the area and there is newscast mall around 15-20 mins walk. highly recommended hotel specially if you are going to the Disney theme parks . would definitely go back.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The way to move to hotel is quite difficult. The free shuttle hotel bus to Tokyo Disneyland is suitable to the the purpose of playing at the park!

Pros : Spacious room (stayed room 608 with ocean view 5 Jun to 12 Jun), bathroom good shower, convenience store, coin-paying washing machine, rooms come with free breakfast. Free Shuttle Bus for those aiming for Disneyland Disneysea. Cons : Location quite far from Tokyo City Central (e.g. Shinjuku, Ginza...etc) No restaurants, cafes or swimming pool in the hotel. Suggestions : Free Shuttle Bus should have more frequency and dropping and boarding point should be closer to the JR Stations. Special Thanks to : Reception Staff (Chayamichi, Konda) Housekeeping Staff (Giselle and Japanese auntie whom I didn't get her name) who provided nice friendly service. (tried to email to Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay management for these compliments feedback but no email available)

Great but...”

This hotel is new. The ambiance is really cool. The buffet breakfast is very good and their complimentary refreshments at the lobby is great too. The room is clean and very cozy. I love the bathroom and the toilet. You have everything there, toiletries, microwave and iron as well. There’s a play area for the kids and Lawson’s that is very convenient if you get hungry in the middle of the night. Our stay for a couple of nights was great until I realised I lost an item from my shopping bag. It was my mistake that I forgot to put the things that I bought in our luggage before we leave for Disneyland. We did some shopping before we checked in and went to Disneyland the next day. We requested to make up our room as we want to arrive to a nice and tidy room after a long day at Disneyland but it was too late when we realised (after we arrived in our country) that one item is missing from our shopping bag. No one touched that shopping bag after we checked in, it was on a chair and we just put that bag in our luggage without checking its contents before we checked out, with faith that everything was in there. It was too late to file a complaint but if you have any valuables, keep it locked in your luggage or in the safe. I know it was because of my carelessness but no one should take other people’s possession. And by the way, the staffs in the front desk are nice but some of them are having a hard time understanding and talking in English.

Good value for a hotel near Disney parks”

The hotel is fairly new. The lobby is roomy but has limited seats for visitors. There are complimentary drinks in the lobby available from 2:00pm until late evening. The receptionist gave us a map to lead us to nearby restaurants which are about 8 mins away by foot. There's a convenience store on the ground floor for supplies & cheap (but good) food. The rooms are surprisingly roomy for Japan standards & even have microwaves for heating up food from the convenience store. Complimentary buses going to the two Disney parks leave every hour & are always on time.

Comfort Suites is located across the street from the Disney Celebration hotels and a large park. Shuttle buses to TDR are available around the clock, and the bus stop to the nearest train station is right at the corner. The hotel is brand new and very well kept by their amazing staff. Our room was immaculate. The bathroom has a standing shower space and tub. The high tech toilet is in a separate room. Room amenities include the basics plus a microwave, air purifier, shoe dryer, iron/board, step stool under the sink for our kids, even a scavenger hunt game. A well rounded breakfast buffet is included. Our kids loved the chocolate fountain. The lobby has a complimentary refreshment area (espresso machines were my absolute favorite), cushioned play area, computer room, exercise room and coin operated laundry room. There's even a Lawson's convenient store, with an excellent selection of food, drinks, etc. which came in handy after a late haul back from TDR. 10 out of 10!

Great price and convenient ”

Great price and area for disney travelers as there is a free shuttle provided by the hotel that picks you up right outside the hotel and runs every hour. There was 2 bus stops not far that takes you to the train station if your not doing disney! Only downside to this hotel was the limited breakfast selection and the laundry room that only had 4 machines which took 2 hours to wash/dry (500yen)
