Welcome greeting reception, Lobby, Room, shower room with Bath (with hot water), room amenities, bed quality, room cleanliness, all perfect. Location also very nice and quiet place. I recommend 120%, defiantly I come back to stay.

Good Hotel”
I had the Standard Double Room which had just enough space for two adults to stay. The housekeeping staff members were doing well and always replenished the amenities and changed the towels. The hotel check-in counter staff members were also friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

Everything you could want”
Great location right on Osaki rail station and on the rail loop that goes right round Tokyo. Everything you could want in easy walking distance, including any number of eating places and bars including a few hidden gems down the back streets.

Very new and comfortable hotel ”
The hotel location is very convenient which is beside JR Osaki station, if you have JR pass it will be good to stay here. Hotel room is big compared to usual hotel in Tokyo. The breakfast is good we stayed here for 4 nights and they serve different breakfast everyday. I would stay here again.

Hotel close to train station and the bus to narita airport. Quiet location with the fitness center below. Breakfast is nice if you like Japanese style food.

Convenient Location”
The hotel is near to JR Osaki station, about 6-8 mins walk away, which was really convenient as we were traveling with an infant. Shibuya and Harajuku station were just 4-5 stops away. There’s quite a big convenience store at the ground floor of the hotel building, and also MOS burger and Starbucks if you wish to get some food or drinks.

Good location, about 5 minutes walk from JR station. Room was spacious compared to same grade hotels in Tokyo. They provide different amenities for kids and facial masks to ladies. Forget the breakfast if you have to pay extra for it. Be prepared cotton pads if you need them. The hotel said they have facial mask in place of cotton pads🤔

Budget hotel in good location”
Only one stop on local JR train from Shinagawa Station where the Narita Express and the Shinkansen(bullet trains) arrive and depart from. About 5 mins walk over walkways, easy once u work out where to go. Basic room ,big firm bed up against the wall, only 2 pillows supplied and limited space beside the bed, small bathroom but good shower pressure. Room has a small fridge and a very slow kettle but have to ask for tea and coffee at reception as none in the room which we found odd. Small supermarket and British Pub lower floor of the Think Park building next to hotel, with access from the 2nd floor of hotel. There is a burger place there and also small bakery for sandwiches too.

Very good location next to JR station and bus to airport. The staff not too friendly almost cold in handling guests.

Disappointment,”
three months in advance ordered triple room. But they stayed in a double room and did not have a triple room. We slept with our husband and 12 year old one on one bed. After a day exploring Tokyo, we could not rest on our bed. The swimming pool is not part of the hotel, it has to be paid separately. Many people are coming here.

The hotel is very accessible from Osaki station (connected via a link bridge directly to the lift lobby). Room is clean and comfortable. We like the location as it is away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo at night, which makes our stay pleasant.

Staying at Tokyo's main area (shinjuku/shibuya) might be pricey. This hotel could serve as value- for-money alternative as it's near Osaki station which is still in the Yamanote line (JR line). It located behind ThinkPark Plaza and connected to Osaki station through the bridge so it's convenient enough (cannot be detected through Google Maps, ask arounds or you'll end up walk farther). There's restaurant and convenience store nearby. Clean room, bit more spacious than the average similar accommodation.
