The hotel was close to the tren 71 and the spa metro from the airport about 20 minutes. Breakfast was great and the rooms very clean and the decor was nice

Friendly welcome from professional and courteous staff. Who remained helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was AMAZING as was the location of this hotel (30 min walk into town, minutes from tram and underground) My only complaint and it’s a little one is there was no iron available at the hotel so please bear this in mind when packing other than this it was a perfect hotel for our short stay so thank you.

Very cosy and aesthetic room. The breakfast was amazing. The relation between price and quality is much more than perfect. Very helpful and friendly staff. As for the place with the tram you can fastly and easily reach the city center, close to belvedere castle. and a significant tip. Visit the Irish pub coopers just 3 minutes on foot!!

It is really close to traim station and trams. You can take s7 train from VIE airport. Tram stations are nearby which can take you to the city center. Hotel staff is really nice, you have complex breakfast, and you have coffee and tea at discretion any time of the day. We really enjoyed staying here

We got a quite room facing the backyard and had a very good night sleep. The bathroom is very small and the shower was not cleaned perfectly, but for the price below 60€ for a night incl. a great breakfast, there is not much to complain about.

including breakfast is a very wise choice in Vienna (generally expensive to eat out). 24 hours coffee and tea is an add on for winter travel. The room and washroom is quite small. And the washroom fragrance was awful. A bit distance from the city centre. A transport day pass would help for that.

Pros - Hotel location is good - Various choice for breakfast - 24 hours free coffee and tea - Easy access to city by walk nor public transport - Groceries stores around, like Billa, Hofer...(If you planning to buy chocolates, should buy it in the supermarket, price are way cheaper than souvenirs store) - Luggage storage Cons - Only 1 charging port in my room, and it's for TV, if you want to use it to charge your phone or laptop then you are unable to watch the TV.

Good Hotel in Good Location”
Really liked this hotel, only about 15 minutes stroll into the city centre, staff are helpful and courteous. Hotel offers free Wi-Fi , free Coffee / Tea ..24hours a day, also free bicycle hire. would recommend

Hotel facilities are normal and a little bit noisy due to the room entrance wall are using partition wall material, so the sound proof are not good at all. However their breakfast is very good and I like it so much.

Our room was next the road, the road was repaired from morning to midnight, so we can’t sleep. But breakfast is good.

Dobrá poloha u zámku Belvedere a hlavního vlakového nádraží,tramvaj u hotelu. Pokoj odpovídá kategorii potěší kávovar na kapsle na pokoji,slabší stránka je koupelna malá s malinkým sprchovým koutem oddělený pouze závěsem. Dole u recepce k dispozici káva zdarma. Snídaně vynikající nadprůměrná velký výběr ze studeného i teplého bufetu - ovoce,zelenina,ve stylových skleničkách jogurty,pudinky,krájené ovoce atd.
