Best choice in Frankfurt ”
Just wonderful!!! Nothing else to say about this hotel; polite, smiling, attentive stuff. Spanish guy in reception just amazing. Room clean, spacious, bed was the comfiest in our whole trip, pillows, blanket etc. breakfast plenty of fresh food, made to order omelette, croissants, meats, REAL ORANGE JUICE!!! Location suitable, 15 mints total, walking and arriving to train station ( 4 stops) just recommended this hotel like a true gem when in Frankfurt!!!

Fleming’s Hotel is only a 7min walk from Ostendstraße metro station which is 9min from the Frankfurt main station which made it really easy to get to with grandma and our toddler. There is also a metro directly to the airport from there. The hotel was exceptionally clean with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. It is walking distance to the Römer Christmas market which was the purpose of our visit, so all in all a great experience.

Clean, easy, and comfortable ”
The room was accurately described as 20 square meters, a good size for 2 people. Everything was clean and well stocked, even with some extras like free bottled water and coffee capsules. As noted in other reviews, the shower is in the bedroom, though there is a dividing curtain if the frosted glass doesn’t provide enough privacy.

Beautiful rooms with lovely ambiance and careful attention to detail. Crisp, clean sheets and well made, comfortable beds. Location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk from Altstadt, Centrum or Sachsenhausen. Best value for money I have found in Frankfurt.

We stayed for over 3 weeks!”
Great hotel, very well located and in easy walking distance to all attractions and Main River. Lovely skyline views. The rooms were comfortable with a bar fridge and kettle. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we will be back in August.

Beautiful hotel, great location ”
Wonderfully located on the river, across the street from the tram that takes you right into the thick of the city. Easy access to the airport via public transport, and of course to the train station. Staff were amazingly attentive, spoke great English, and made my stay very comfortable. Restaurant and bar were always full of happy customers. Highly recommend for those staying a while or just traveling through Frankfurt.

Great place”
We traveled all over Germany for 2 weeks and stayed in 6 different hotels and the Flemings Hotel was by far our favorite. The hotel staff always went above and beyond. The rooms were very nice. Loved the breakfast. The gal at the front desk thought it was going to rain when we were headed out, so she checked her phone and was going to give us an umbrella if we needed it. Super thoughtful.

The hotel’s location was fairly near the old city which can be reached within 10 min walk. It is also very near the Main river. The room was appropriately sized for my needs and the staffs are accommodating.

The staff was actually very friendly and attentive. My request for a quiet room has been granted.I appeciated the early start of breakfast buffet even on a Sunday morning, could enjoy it before I went to the airport. This is not always provided. The location was great to walk along the river, however a bit more far from Zeil than I thought. Still ok though. Would return.

We got a decent deal on this hotel and expected it to be rather quiet: it was extremely busy over the weekend. Parking is a nightmare and the rooms, although very clear, are rather small. Overall: positive experience.

Parking is difficult here so be aware. The hotel rooms are rather small and there is no door to the bathroom (only toilets are separate) so basically you are showering in front of the entire room.
