Hotel je v blízkosti stanice metra. V okolí je dostatek obchodů a restaurací. Památky a turistické zajímavosti jsou snadno dosažitelné metrem. Hotel je i snadno dostupný z letiště, vlakem a metrem.

Complete rooms facilities & ”

-Good location. Near to marts to get your daily groceries, 700m to Odeo line, playgrd. If you are carrying big bags and want to use the lift, pls use A3exit at the train station. We didnt know as we exited at A1 & hv to use the long stairs carrying big bags with strollers until we discovered the A3 exit at that Odeo station. - Excellent facilities in the room including mini kitchen for us to cook simple meals before we started our Tokyo tours. The furnitures are quite old but still functional.

Close to 2 subway stations of about 5-8 mins walk. The room is equipped with a kitchenette so you wont go hungry as long as you fill your ref with easy to prepare food. They allow you to store your luggage until 6pm. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Good value and location”

There is nothing fancy here, actually a little old, but that is not the reason we stayed here. We just needed an affordable place to stay overnight in Tokyo without having to pay for 2 rooms. For a family of 5. It is about a 7-10 minute walk from the train station . They provided basic amenities for 3, including toothbrushes with toothpaste and razors. The bed mattresses were a little hard and you could feel the springs in them

Amenities towel, sleepwear, toothbrush, shaver 👍 Have kitchenette & easy to use. Walking distance to subway, if you have many luggage use exit A3 (lift). Easy to check out also. Problem only bedsheets need to pay if you want change. Toilets need to improve, Toilet brush to dirty when I check-in.

A quite place, not located in crowded street plenty of parking space nearby, just 300 yen for (20:00-8:00) Room is surprised, very big, you can`t imagine a big room in Tokyo with a very low price No room service but the hygienic is not bad Overall a very good hotel and highly recommend

Worth the money”

Direction to the hotel is a bit confusing but after asking around we finally found it. It is located in a residential area, so it is rather 'dead' at night if that is OK with you. Subway station is nearby just 10 mins walk and a few convenient stores are just around the corner. I would also recommend having breafast at nearby 'ikicafe' which serves scrumptious coffee and eggs.

Our three-night stay here was very remarkable. We were able to rest well after a whole day of walking and exploring the city. The room was also spacious, large enough for two persons with all the luggage. What we liked most is its location being conveniently near the train station, grocery, convenience store, and restaurants while maintaining the peaceful atmosphere that Japan neighborhood has been known for.

Friendly, VERY clean, walk to centre Tokyo 35min”

Great clean hotel in a nice suburban location, walkable to the centre district in 30-40min. Room size is larger than average room in most hotels. There is a kitchenette with electric stove, rice cooker, crockery, utensils, plates and microwave oven. I just stayed there for a week. I walked to Tsujiki Fish Market in 35 minutes and brought fresh fish back and cooked it inside the room every day. You can catch direct trains to Narita Airport for ~13000Yen from either Higashi-Nihombashi or Bakurocho stations which are 20 minutes walk from Hotel, from as early as 5.08am. Great helpful staff at late check in and very clean overall. Although no housekeeping for several days stay. You are provied with vacuum cleaner and basement floor for trash disposal.

Easy to get to on underground. Couple of shops and cafe/restaurants nearby. We had a large twin room with a small kitchen area in it (fridge, micro, hot plate,kettle, rice maker). Room had been smoked in but the smell wasn't too bad. There was no service. We stayed for 4 nights the first time, then a further 3nights. You have to take your own rubbish down to the basement before you check out. Also a stack of clean towels are left in the wardrobe to use as you need. No daily maid service so no beds changed or made. It's a do it yourself which in some ways is quite good as you're not disturbed or bothered (or worried) by people coming in your room. After 10pm the front door is locked and an entry keypad has to be used. Reception not 24hr but can be contacted by pressing a buzzer (must live in). Man on reception has excellent English. Second stay was very expensive as we did not book ahead. But we liked it enough and felt it was well enough placed to stay a second time.

Nice spacious, short walk to stations”

Short walk to station (Metro & Toei lines - costs diff amt to reach the same Tokyo station for transfer). 2x double bed with only 2 pillows for 4 pax, luckily we brought our pillows for the kids. Short walk to family mart and nice restaurants. Room is a little cold even with heater, coz the air vent cannot be closed as like other places, so cold air (winter) kept entering the room.

Great place for budget travelers!”

We had a great time in Japan, thanks to FLEXSTAY INN Kiyosumi-shirakawa for the accommodation. The room is clean and have all the basic amenities that you will need. We were able to cook because each room has rice cooker, induction cooker, plates, etc. We stayed for 6 nights and they've provided enough towels and bath robes. The Hotel doesn't have daily room cleaning service but they provided vacuum cleaner so that's fine. In terms of location, the Hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the train station is just 500 meters away. I recommend this Hotel to budget travelers and to families with children.

Its a nice hotel with complete kitchen equipment and utensils if you are in a budget. About 10 mins walk to the 2 stations.

Near to station, good cooking facilities and the star is their size of room which bigger compared to other standard hotel in Tokyo. Will come back.

Small room but with the most complete amenities”

At first, we find it difficult to look for this hotel, but after we found it, we think it is actually not difficult to find. It was because we were just landed in Japan and still blind to everything in Japan including directions. Having googlemaps in hand is really a life saver if you travel Japan for the first time. The room is small, but the bed is big enough for me, my big belly and my husband. With a good working aircon, TV (unfortunately no cable TV, only Japan channel available) and a cupboard to store our clothes, I think this is the best small but complete room I ever stays. Inside the cupboard under the TV, they provide us with spoon, plate, pan to cook something, and other necessities if you want to cook. Outside the bed door but still inside the room, there is a big enough sink to wash our things, and under the sink, there are refrigerator, majic jar, electric stove,and a kettle. I was amaze on how complete this small room is. Did I forget to mention that they also provide microwave? The bathroom, I never imagined that the room this small can have a big enough bath tub for an adult. Hot water was also running very smoothly during our stay there. A wastafel and big mirror complete the room as well. A well equipped Japanese toilet with sprayer, bidet and warmer also complete the room. Overall, I really enjoy our stays at this hotel. I will look for no other hotel if we visit Tokyo in next adventure.

The room is super big so don't take it if you are travel alone. Location is quite near to railway station. There is a small kitchen in the room, you can cook in the kitchen. This is a good place for long stay.

Good location ”

Hotel is just walking distance to two subway station. Near by to Tokyo City Air Terminal. I walked to the station to take the limousine bus the Narita airport . Great gor those who is using this airport. Staff is helpful .
