After researching and reading all reviews, finally made this decision to stay with Fraser instead of their nearby competitor, Swissotel. Never looked back or regretted on that decision! The location of the residence is very near to station, shopping area and it's just 10 minutes walk to the Dotonbori area. Around the area, there's number of restaurants and food to select from! Rooms are great, spacious and squeaky clean with a full set of amenities. Loved it! Service staff at the lobby is also commendable!

Spacious apartment with excellent location!”
We stayed in the 2-bdrm suite which was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. They provide complementary bottled water daily. Location is fantastic--right across the street from Namba Station. There is an Ippudo ramen shop, McDonald's and Starbucks Reserve store right across the street with great restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was incredibly helpful and sent our luggage to our next hotel for us without charging a service fee. Highly recommend.

Family friendly place to stay for SG family with 2 active kids”
The location of venue is very good. There is Ippudo restaurant opposite the building and 551 Horai is located beside the building. MacDonald is just diagonally opposite the building. Namba City and Namba Park shopping Malls are basically across the road. The train stations are located below the Malls so you will definitely save time in walking to take the trains. Takashimaya is also next to the Namba Malls. Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are further down. The apartment is amazingly spacious compared to hotel rooms in Osaka. Love the fact there is washing machine cum dryer and a kitchenette to do simple washing of clothes and warming up of food like the pork bun from Horai 551. The staff are fluent in English and very helpful and attentive to our needs. When I casually asked about the closing time of the bookshop opposite the apartment, the guest receptionist immediately went online to check for me. This is good service! As a family with 2 children, we can all comfortably sleep on 2 beds.

It’s my 2nd time staying with Fraser and always my preferred choice whenever I’m in Osaka if the room are available ! Excellent facilities , felt like a home setting in far and away from home. Close proximity to shopping belt at Shinsaibashi, tons of food options around the hotel N convenient to travel to from kansai airport and close to train station

The rooms were spacious and had all amenities you could need including a mini kitchen and washing machine! Location was right next to the station and close to everything you could need! Staff were very friendly and even had masks you could wear (during coronavirus outbreak) when they are sold out elsewhere. Would highly recommend.

Great location, easy to access with large and heavy luggage. 4 mins walk to the Limousine Bus Namba Station which connect to Itami airport within 30 minutes. The room is clean and tidy, a very helpful electric guide book in English and Japanese is provided in the room. The laundry machine is washing and dryer 2-in-1 , laundry can be done while going out for the day. They also provided detergent. Mini kitchen has cookware and tableware and cleaning supply. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were totally happy with our 3 night stay at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka and will return here in the future when we visit Osaka again.

Great location steps from Namba station. Loved the clean modern look, separate bedroom and living/mini kitchen area. Loved having washer/dryer in the apartment...never would have expected such a find in Japan!!!

Conveniently located, with decent-sized & clean rooms. Staff were extremely helpful, and assisted us to look for rental crutches for my husband who had injured his knee during our stay.

The initial room that they allocated to us had a stale smell (probably because of the washing machine) and we requested a change in room which they kindly accommodated. The new room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The service was good and the hotel staff were very polite and friendly. The location is good as well as it is very near to the Nankai-Namba station and Namba station, and is within walk-able distance to ebisubashi-suji, dotonbori and kuromon market.

The room is very clean and the washing machine is doing well above my expectation, all the clothes wash and dry in a very good conditions and we can fold and pack in our luggage. Great services from hotel staff and room cleaning service staff do their job the best.

Right outside Osaka-Namba station, tons of eating places, shopping, and ease of getting to and from airport. The room is perfect for families traveling with children or elderly parents. Mini kitchen stocked with everything you need (except food) and washer/dryer in your room. Hotel staff were excellent and helpful. My only complaint was a weird odor in room, which could have come from the curtains. But that was very minor for us, since everything else was well done. We would definitely stay here again!

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We asked for a rollaway for our third child. The apartment was spotless and the location was perfect. Close to subway, JR trains, shopping and dinning. The apartment had plenty of storage space and room to relax. We would book again.

The apartment is 2 min walk to Namba Station. It is also near to eateries, some just opposite the apartment . eg McDonald and Ippudo. Apartment has new and quality appliances. There is a washer /dryer , very convenent for travellers. It is also extremely clean. Bed is very comfortable too.

Perfect location with easy transfer to airport, Shinkansen and trains as well as restaurants and shopping. Spacious room (for Tokyo) with great toiletries & excellent, high-pressure showers. International ATM on 1st floor of building and Tokyu Food Show & 7-11 across the street. Would definitely return.
