The old lady in front deck is not nice not easy to talk to her they said the hotel has not parking and the ask u to go far to park ur car and pay for it and actually there is a hotel parking but they will not give it u maybe for the Europe guest and the breakfast is the same every day and not delicious and the hotel corridor are very very dirty very old building and the air condition is too small and not could

Cosy hotel with helpful staff”
I stayed here for 5 nights around Christmas 2019, and have really enjoyed my stay here. I booked the smallest room (double room for single use) as I was travelling alone, and it was really cosy. The room space was just nice, and it was clean. Front desk staff were very responsive to all my queries, very helpful, and I appreciate all the advice they gave me when I enquired about the concerts, food, places to go. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Location is strategic, as I could get to everywhere by walking, yet it is quiet at night as it is away from the busy streets. Overall, a place I would recommend.

Tiny room with bad smell”
The staff were really nice. Though the room was pretty average, definitely not 4 star, maybe 3 stars. Also our room had a really bad sewerage smell which didn’t leave even once I opened the windows on a freezing December day.

Affordable stay with nice breakfast”
Nice small city which we can walk to the tourist attractions easily. The hotel provides many tours which it would be good to one of them next time with door to door service.

Very Good Hotel”
Hotel is well located close to Old Town and Public transport. The main station is less than 15 mins walk. There are also a number of excellent restaurants close by. Hotel has a small lobby with bar / lounge. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Good WiFi. Breakfast is also good.

It’s near city center (around 15-20 mins), very close to 150 bus stop ( just take 1-2 mins). The room is clean, and breakfast is delicious. Provided room cleaning every day. Staff are nice.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and location”
Overall a nice hotel in a good location, 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and 15 minutes to all the sights in the Old Town. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide selection for a continental spread, even including some hot options (eggs and bacon). Fresh coffee waiting on your table as you sit down. Only downside for us was that our room stank of smoke the first day/night despite this being a non-smoking hotel/ room. We think perhaps the people before us ignored this rule and the room was not sufficiently cleared of the smell before we checked in. We aired it out all day and the smell gradually subsided but it did make for an uncomfortable first night.

The hotel located in the middle town Salzburg the room was clean, nice decoration, internet in room, the room at the corners is bigger but louder because the hotel beside the Main Street, the Staff at breakfast room some not so nice. The breakfast room is too small not enough for the guest, maybe you need little bit time to wait for the table !!

Good walk to downtown”
Although I worried the hotel is not in old city center when I made the reservation. in the end the walk from the hotel to old city center is a pleasant experience. we actually bought a lots beautiful souvenirs which I personally think a good reflection of Salzburg local people longtime acquired taste instead of those cheap stuffs for group tourist. I am glad we made the right decision. also thankful for the free upgrade to spacious triple room without extra charge . the only down side is the breakfast. although very big selection, the quality average low, below the average quality I can buy from local supermarkets

We did enjoy our stay here. However we were a bit disappointed to see that our bathroom had not been cleaned prior to arrival. They had obviously just changed the towels and thats all. The rest of the room was clean and fine. Breakfast was great and overall a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel ”
Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect near city Centre and bus station. Bus to Hallstat you can take from nearby.
