I found the hotel very conveniently located near to the central train station, which I used every day. The accommodation was very comfortable and I slept brilliantly, whilst there, it was very quiet. The staff were laid back and very helpful and the breakfast, which I decided to add later was excellent, to set you up for the day. Will definitely stay here again when I come back with my fiance.

Super Awesome Hotel”
We arrived early around 11 ish am and asked if we could have an way check in and the reception guy were so accommodating and helpful. No extra charges. Location was great with the Central Station just 100m away and Tivoli just around the corner. Room was really clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed one night. Will definitely recommend.

Very good hotel in an excellent location”
This hotel is very good. The rooms are spacious and clean. An excellent breakfast is included and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great at the rear of the Central Rail Station.

Excellent modern hotel, very close to the station. We had a very spacious room with a nice view and an unexpectedly good breakfast with bacon, delicious scrambled egg, freshh rolls and pastries etc. Even the draught beer at reception was excellent and good value. Very happy to recommend this hotel

Cons: Somewhat dated interior Pros: EVERYTHING ELSE! This place was so comfortable GREAT location next to Metro stations (2), train station, and downtown CPH. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite clean. Surprisingly comfortable bed. Strong water pressure with good hot water supply. And did I mention great location? If you are looking for a quality place to stay without breaking the bank, then you have found it!

If you want to stay close to Tivoli,. Ströget, Rådhustorget this hotel will suit your wishes. Many restaurants close by. Rooms not huge, but enough for a few days stay. You find a kettle to boil water for tea and instant coffee. TV placed on the wall in front of the bed with some international channels. WiFi is free and work perfectly. Breakfast is great with a lot of varieties. A few more veggies perhaps can be added, but in general it's sufficient for your needs

The staff was very kindly. Like everyone else in Copenhagen. Very different from other citys in Europe where people hate you for been there. I’ve loved my stay at this wonderful hotel. The only thing that’s not cool is the bathroom. It’s pretty small with a curtain. So it’s difficult to take a bath without making everything wet... But the price is very good for the location and for Copenhagen. So... I recommend. If I return, I will probably go there another time!

Hotel is in an excellent position very close to the central railway and tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and clean. Radiator in our room was not working but we were given an electric heater however not needed much. Beds were separated but very close together for friends not a couple. Breakfast was ample but everything was cold no matter what time we ate.

Very close to anywhere!”
The hotel is very close to the København H train station, Tivoli and other sightseeing place around Copenhagen are all within walking distance. We were lucky we got the big corner room looking down the main street. The front desk guy, Mikhael is super friendly and helpful and he showed us where to go around in detail. Definitely will stay here again in our next visit in Copenhagen!

Could be improve”
The toilet and sink was not scrub properly - marking of puke was visible. Also, I saw a blond hair in the beddings at that time my husband and I are ready for bed, so we didnt ask to change it. Bedding should be change all the time. They could do better. Next time, please scrub the toilet and the sink properly and change the beddings. If not hire a better cleaner. Will I stay here again? maybe but I'll be more strict when adding review next time.
