Easy check in and early”

The hotel is located near the Kanda Station on the JR green line. Three blocks away. 10 minutes by foot. The hotel is on a wide main street and visible with its big hotel sign. There is a coffee shop and restaurant next to the hotel. Many local places to eat near Kanda Station as well. This area is a financial zone with many businessmen working nearby. The room was nicely decorated, , sound proof, and very modern. Coffee machine and ice machine in the lobby. Optional breakfast with a reasonable fee payable at the front desk.

A very convenient stay in a spacious room. Daily cleaning and change of toiletries. We were accommodated for a short notice additional day booking. And, most importantly, they communicate reminder before arrival.

Loved the Hotel and all it's facilities and Staff. Although the staff didn't speak English well, they were always patient while serving with a smile. I felt safe to leave my belongings in their room. The hotel is awesome for those into Pop Culture Japan, as it is right in the middle of Akiba & Tokyo (walking to both locations isn't a hassle, plus it'll save you money & avoid the morning rush hour crowds within the Train systems)

Near to Tokyo station, if you're coming from Narita Airport and rode the Keisei Bus Transport, it is just a 15 minute walk going to the hotel. Near to subway station and they have the sauna facility which I enjoyed most since it was winter when I visited Tokyo.

Rooms are small in comparison to US standards. However for Japan standards it is the standard size room. Hotel is approximately 7 minutes walk from Kanda train station. Easy access to all Tourist locations by train. You can use the JR pass to get to most places, and definitely to this location as well. Near Kanda train station you will find many places to eat and drink. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Pronto Cafe shares the lobby with the hotel and you can take the breakfast there. Set menu price for the breakfast is 1080 Yen per person.

Old but decent hotel”

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Room was small but that’s general in Tokyo. It’s a dated hotel but room was rather clean. The area is quiet at night time but considered as safe and convenient.

Best hotel! ”

Check in time was at 3pm, i reached about 2+ and the room was ready! They gave us complimentary breakfast as a gift for my husband and i. The room and toilet was very clean. The best part of this hotel is that they provide free handphone in the room! You could bring it out of the hotel and use google maps etc! I would definitely stay this hotel when i'm back at tokyo.

Good location and staff”

The hotel is at a convenient location near Kanda station and also within walking distance to Akihabara. The staff were nice and allowed me to check-in earlier when I needed to. The hotel's check-out is at 12pm, which is later than many other Japanese hotels.

Only one stop from Tokyo Station”

Great value and a short walk to Kanda Station. Checkout is later than most Tokyo hotels. Coin laundry at hotel and plenty of amenities supplied. Convenience store just across the road and lots of onexpensive restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Budget Hotel”

Stayed here couple of times. Convenient hotel. Walking distance from Kanda station. No frill budget hotel. Check in and check out is a breeze. I requested for early check in at 11am and paid additional 4000jpy. View is not much from room. But room service at 11-12 noon is quick and efficient. You can walk to the Nishi Kanda eating street with lots of Izakaya, or to Tokyo station or Akihibara. Family marts just across the road. Bed is comfortable but pillow very hard. Price is reasonable and value for money.

Service staffs are courteous, room are generally clean, 5 minutes walk to train station and extra pillows for guests to borrow at the lobby. Plentiful of convenience stores and food outlets around the vicinity of the hotel.

Good services mind”

Normally most of Tokyo hotels check in time is 15.00, but they allowed us to check in at 13.50 after ours is done cleaning which is we like about this hotel. We had a lot of bags and luggage in our room, so we decided not to have the room clean. This hotel provided us towels by putting them in the front of our room everyday which is very good. Normally most of hotels we stay, we have to ask to change towels by ourselves. We can also borrow some extra pillows which are very comfortable special pillow and we love that. The location is good. There are a lot of convenience stores around this hotel and it takes a few minutes of walking to Kanda Station which is a big station.

Nide and good value hotel in Tokyo”

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is in a quiet area, but it takes only 20-25 minutes to walk to Tokyo's JR central station. There is another local station nearby too. There are convenience stores all around the hotel and a short walk will take you to restaurants and cafés. The staff is always friendly and keen to help. The rooms are small, but this is Japan. The buffet breakfast is great. For Tokyo, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would recommend it warmly.

Neat hotel, close to Kanda train station”

Customer service was great. Location was very close and convenient to Kanda station (great connection to JR Yamanote line). Very close to other major areas such as Akihabara and Shibuya. Hotel comes with laundry in the basement (but make sure you have a pocket of 100 yen coins).

Reasonable, Nice & Comfortable twin rooms”

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our 10 days trip in Tokyo & Hakone. We enjoy the twin beds utmost @ grand central hotel. We enjoyed the toiletries such as the hair clip.... Interesting! Something we don't see in other hotels. The bed was nice, clean and comfortable. Good choice for twin sharing.

Great stay in a not too small room.”

Just a short walk from the Kanda Metro and JR stations. Family Mart convenience store nearby. Many eateries near the Kanda stations. Hotel room is nice and not too small compared to other business hotels. Internet is fast and there is a humidifier in the room which I used. Very convenient and yet quiet surroundings.

very convienent location”

Free welcoming wine, coffee and tea provided. Breakfast buffet doesn't worth to have it, as there are a lot of food stalls and restaurant around the train station. "Toyota Rent A Car" service point is just 200 m from the hotel.

Very comfortable and friendly hotel”

very amicable about arriving late. nothing was a problem. the rooms were very clean and kept at a high standard throughout our 5 day stay. getting around on the trains jr or underground, was very clear. look at english version of stations and fares, it is very well mapped out. apartment stores are easier to find out what you want, but smaller shops are cheaper. there were lots of eating places to choose from near kanda station. these places are open until late at night. they are very well priced and can accommodate any budget. we do not understand japanese but we did not have a problem in being understood or ordering what we wanted.
