Location is convenience access from the station by walk 3 mins and easy access to airport directly from station that the most comfortable for guests. Room was nice and clean, Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall stay were impress and hope to be back again when travelling to Tokyo

Clean, Neat, and Comfortable ”
This is the first time I travel alone. This hostel is really clean and It looks new. The staffs can speak English well and they are really friendly. The common room is too small, in my opinion but you have the lobby so it’s okay. The female dorm I stayed is divided into 3 sections, which is cool. The main room (the dorm) is quite because the guests have to pack their things in the locker room or the powder room. I think it will be better if there are shower room section in the dorm floor but like this is not that bad anyway. The locator of this hostel is not in the touristic area but, still, there are like 3 train stations not far from the hostel. I think the price is not that high but 2,400 a night in a non-touristic area is... idk. But I really enjoy my stay there. It’s better than the one i am right now in Ueno. I’ll go back to Grids someday if I go to Tokyo again<3

Hotel is conveniently located, staffs are friendly and speak good English ”
The hotel just less than 5 mins walk from the train station, convenient stores just around the corner. There are nothing much interesting restaurants nearby, but food from convenient stores are just as tasty for a quick meal. Dorm room is clean, there is a locker room (for personally belonging but not for luggage) and powder room with toilet inside the Dorm. Luggage can be left at the corner in the dorm. Female Bathroom located at Level 3, Male Bathroom at Level 2. It could be a problem for people who has sleep disorders as your inconsiderate roommates may sort and pack their luggage inside the dorm room at 2am while others were sleeping peacefully. It was pretty annoying but not a problem for me. I am a light sleeper, I can also sleeps under any circumstances so long I am in a safe environment. I like the place overall, will definitely come back if travel solo again.

Over all is good. I've been going there for a couple years. The only problem is when people show up late and leave early they were making noise pack and unpack. I say they should have separated space to do that because people who asleep were woke up by them after 10pm or 3-4am. If not, should pu the signs no noise in the sleeping area.

Close to station in a quieter area of tokyo. Very clean and organised. For travellers planning on cooking - the kitchen is very limited. But otherwise all good :)

It's too noisy surfing the night and late hours. Either people check in late with packing and unpacking until 2or 3in the morning. They all using the bedroom area to do those. You won't get peaceful rest at all. And same thing in the morning, some people packing to leave very early so that means you barely get to rest in your pod. They should keep a far away space for people who need to pack and unpack not in the same area as a bedroom space.

Good for staying one or two nights”
Hostel close to station and there’s convenience store nearby. Staff are nice and helpful. All 24/25 capsule are in same room and feel stuffy after drawing curtain. It will be better if they provide spaghetti/pasta in dinner time. Overall it’s satisfied place for staying one or two nights.

This isn't a hostel”
Long Story Short: There was nothing but issues when i first arrived at this establishment. The 'common room' was absurdly small and the smoking room was right next to the kitchen and the location was incredibly inconvenient on the 2nd floor, for which you need a key to gain access... There were no mugs available for personal use so i had to go down to the reception to ask for one. Beware, there this kitchen was more for convenient cooking, like heating up things from the convenience store, etc. not good if you bring your own food. Capsule beds were of expected. Also beware, the suburb of Nihombashi will attract mainly Japanese. Keep that in mind if you had a social mindset walking into this building expecting that there would be quite a few foreigners... there will not. Tbh, this looks more like a hotel. That's my two cents.

I only stayed one night and it was enough! I went to bed at 10.30 pm and was unable to sleep until 1.30 a.m thanks to the people who made noise. the check in time is at 16.00 i think it is a bit very late. When you check out the staff is no longer helpful

A fine stay, but room was tiny and dingy with stains on the carpet. Serviceable if you're looking for value.

Perfect location and friendly staff”
The location is near Bakuro-Yokohama station and Bakurocho station for JR users. The hostel is so easy to find, just follow the instructions provided by hostel. They don't provide a free breakfast but they have a cafe on the reception area. Also the place is near family mart so its just easy to buy the things or food you want. The rooms are ok as they have separate area for luggages, enough toilets, shower room and hair dryers. The shower room is located on other floor which means you need to get to the elevator everytime you shower, but that's ok. If ever be back in Tokyo, will definitely stay on this hostel again.

Budget hostel ”
Friend staff who are able to converse in English. I stayed with 2 other friends in a double bunk room. We were an all-girl group. The bedsheets were clean but the shower (a shared one with other people in the hostel) is not. The showers allowed the cool surrounding air in while the air in the bunk room was not well circulated by the aircon. It’s better for those who are not picky about accommodation.

Accessible directly from Narita Airport”
Take Narita Sky Access Line from Narita Airport to Higashi Nihombashi (¥1,290) to go to the hotel from Narita Airport. There are 2 stations available here, Higashi Nihombashi on Asakusa Line and Bakuroyokoyama on Shinjuku Line. Take exit A3 nearby Shinjuku Line, turn left once you reached 1F and walk straight until you see Ministop convenience store. Turn right at Ministop traffic light and walk straight until you see the hotel. If you look back to Ministop direction, you will see Tokyo Skytree.
