Nice spacious room, shame about the noisy industrial fans outside the bedroom, they were on 24/7 ”
Nice spacious room, with a nice modern bathroom. Shame about the noisy annoying industrial fans directly outside our window. On the dressing table there were three small bottles of water, initially I thought they were complimentary, one for each of us - I soon discovered they wasn’t... Very disappointed that after paying a lot of money for the room for two nights, they then expect you to pay £1.50 for each tiny bottle of water! I walked up to Tesco’s and got three 2 litre bottles for the same price!

Trouble getting room repair ”
Checked in at 12:30 complained about toilet flush not working reported it to reception at 12:45 came back at 1730 again reported that it hadn’t been fixed and again told it would be, finally when we got back at 0030 it still hadn’t been repaired so had to go back down and get different room. Martin on the front desk was very helpful trying to resolve this issue though. At the price you pay you’d expect these things to be checked beforehand.

The cost of the room was very good however once in the hotel the extras are very expensive. In particular WiFi £13, breakfast for two £35 and parking £25 per night.

First impressions matter”
Great classic hotel with excellent facilities and breakfast. Good staff unfortunately let down on arrival at reception desk to check in. No customers and 2 reception staff having a personal conversation. Completely ignored until someone else served me . Not a good 1st impression

Bedroom was ok...terrible view and not very big for 3. Would have expected more for the Hilton. Plus no running cold water in bathroom sink stayed in room 550. Not value for money. Only good thing was breakfast and staff who were very helpful.

We had nice weeked there,team in reception was ok,restaurant and bar team are attentive and looks after you,but we wanted to order room service at 9:30,wanted to have pizza with some toppings but we have been told only margarita and pepperoni pizza is in no toppings can be added at all even though we have double checked with restaurant team that it is possible,it was disappointing to go out and have pizza from somewhere else,shame on Hilton.

Single rooms were very small, very basic, not upto Hilton standard. Staff were very helpful, everyone was wearing face masks in the hotel. Pool well managed, only 6 people were allowed at one time.

Only OK”
Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms were small with no fridge or aircon only a fan left in the room. No place for ice or cold drinks only an overpriced vending machine hidden near the carpark. I am diabetic and having a drink at night like cold water would have been nice also, both nights there was a strong wind which caused most room o howl has the wind passed through the air vents in the rooms and corridors.

Bank holiday ”
Parking.. nightmare first small places to park .we parked our car and I had to jump out of the window and use the boot to get in the next day. Not to mention the cost of parking £25 for 24 hours . Gluten .. I asked for gluten free food was given two toasts only . nothing else no cereal or cake offered. When I asked I was told they have nothing but toast . shame.... lovely location right overlooking beach.

Better value elsewhere”
Thankfully we only had to spend one night here. I thought Hilton hotels were top class. This was nothing near, especially considering the rates. The shower was pathetic and there wasn’t even a toilet roll holder. When we eventually went to bed, the duvet inner only covered half the bed. Rather look elsewhere.

Room was not Hilton standard. Looked more like a staff room. Changed rooms second night to a better room, but the sink was blocked. Breakfast was excellent, but not our usual Hilton experience

Pictures don't match the actual rooms!”
'King Sea View Guest Room' clearly have a balcony with sea view according to the pictures, however, upon arrival we were told that these rooms don't have a balcony. Very disappointed!
