The staff were truly exceptional. The desk staff helped us in so many ways - recommending restaurants and making reservations, finding places nearby to repair glasses, suggesting places to hear jazz, helping with computers for airlines issues etc. The wait staff at the restaurant were very attentive and flexible with service issues. Housekeeping staff cleaned later if we needed this. All told, this is a very well-run hotel.

Arrived rather early for our reservation (around 9 am), thinking of being able to drop our bag and walk around until the check out time at 3 pm, an eternity after a 15+ hours flight. Pleasantly surprised when the front desk told us that our room is available right away for our use. Ordered room service for our first meal in the city and it did not disappoint whatsoever. One of the better Hilton experience I had exprienced up to this point.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Girl at the reception was super nice. Our room was ready earlier than supposed. Very beautiful interior. The hotel location is 7 minutes walk from the city center. The sauna was very handy after long walks. It is small, however, it is not very popular, so we were all alone in the steam rooms. Breakfast is pretty expensive, about 30euros per person.

N Tower provides free breakfast for guests. Room is not big but usual size for hotels in Japan. Convenient location to reach Tokyo airports, just walk across the road & you will find Shinagawa Station where you may take Narita Express & Keikyu lines for Tokyo Narita & Haneda airports.

All major sightseeing in the cities are closed by and within walking distance, hotel team is very friendly. Will stay there again when I visit Vienne

awful rude staff”
the staff were ridiculously rude. i had a delivery to my room wherein they allowed it to come to my room the first day and not the second.unfortunately i was very sick and unable to walk and the guy at the reception had no qualms t o listen to me. he refused to let me speak to the manager and was a bully. unfortunately unwell that day to put up too big a fight.

Hotel just about met expected standard, but certainly did not exceed on any level. Lights outside the room (10th floor) are burning permanently. This is very disturbing. Aircon was to hot and windown could not e opened because light outside were on. I did not sleep well. It is about time Hilton takes on more of an environmental friendly approach.

Poor service, outdated rooms, no amenities aside from soap and shampoo. Overall, not a Hilton standard that I expected and wouldn’t stay or recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna. You’re far better off staying at another hotel.
