Friendly staff, clean and had everything we needed. Good selection for breakfast. Excellent location, short walk from city centre and park.

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety of food options and the restaurant was bright and spacious.

For the price , we can’t grumble. It’s clean and fairly basic and staff are friendly. Breakfast was fine but doesn’t cater for special diets. Hairdryer , towels and iron in the room , only let down there was no fridge. However we knew this before we came . There was a microwave in the reception area to use , but we didn’t need it . But a nice touch if you plan to budget .

Good hotel about 5 mins walk to Bath center You get what you pay for and aw had 4 night B&B for just under £300. Clean pleasant place to stay.

Its bigger than expected given the price. Comfortable stay in Bath and walk-able to the main shopping area. will stay again if i am visiting Bath the next time.

Hotel clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Rooms well equipped. On site pay parking (very reasonable rate). Excellent breakfast. Reasonably walks to all the city has to offer. I'll be back next time I'm this way.

Clean, Tidy, Polite staff. Parking overpriced so parked 3 streets away free but I think that's just Bath. Good night's sleep & great Breakfast, Would stay again.

Lack of use of space”
Really clean and helpful staff. There was loads of space but not one measured out area to sit outside of the bedroom . I do realize that covid is still hear but there was enough space.

Good cheap hotel stay”
Not a lot to say other than it is very good value for money, we stayed and went out in Bath for food and Beers. It did exactly what we wanted and we had breakfast in the morning which was very nice. Would recommend.

Accommodation comes with complimentary brekkie. Hotel is within walking distance to city centre. It is also reachable via bus U1 from Bath Spa station. Overall, it is a satisfied stay!

Close to the City Center”
This hotel has a very good location. It is 5-10 minutes away (by walking) to the City Centre (Tourist Areas). If you like to walk around, you'll save tons from transportation. The room was clean, just the hot water pot was really dirty. Regardless, I had a good stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was rubbish, absolutely chaotic queuing all round restaurant in between tables where people are sitting. No thought to social distancing. By the time we sat down, coffee lukewarm, bacon and sausage barms stone cold. Would have been easier or couldn’t have been any worse to be served at table.

Comfy beds, pleasant rooms, but cleaning left a lot to be desired. Used dental flosser on counter in bathroom and plastic waste on floor in bedroom :( and breakfast ran out of items. Staff were helpful providing fresh milk for tea in room.

We normally take public transport, so this hotel's location is quite a walk from the train station (though technically you can take Bus No. 1). Staff & cleanliness are superb. Breakfast forgettable & you'll have to wait in long queues.

Very bad experience, not recommended ”
We booked twin room for 6 nights, but we were only given the accessible room in the first 3 nights. When we complained to the manager, she was not willing to help us change the room. Our shopping bag was taken away. We complained to the manager and it was returned to us without explanation. We are very disappointed. The room is not clean and the breakfast is not good.
