Nice room very clean attended to every day . If extras were needed they were always available. Breakfast could have been a little more varied but was always hot .

Too much traffic near hotel on the 2 roundabouts takes nearly half hour to cross these 2 roundabouts in peak hours Journey time is more than double

Friendly staff, especially at reception. Poor choice of vegetarian suitable dishes. No mushrooms, hash browns.

Nothing to shout about but overall a good stay. There is one McDonalds and few other hypermart around there and seems a bit inconvenient for non-driving customers.

100% recommended. Everything is really clean. Spacious rooms. Clean shower, towels etc... Staff 100%. I asked for a particular restaurant at the reception and not only he printed and guided me the address but he also printed the menu of the restaurant for us! 100% helpful staff. Breakfast EXCELLENT! Nice English breakfast, cereal, fruit, pastries etc.. Parking NO problem at all. :)

We have not on complaint and the four year old member of our party wanted to stay and after being to Cadbury World, he wanted to come back to your 'lovely hotiel' .....summed it up for the adults too...thank you x

i stayed three nights in this hotel which has all the comfort in it. the room features and design are the best though the TV is an old style tv and its not Plasma. breakfast is basic and good

good clean hotel, with bar and breakfast facilities. also, near to jnc2 of m5 and about 6 miles from birmingham city centre. there is near by bus stop for public transport into the city centre. you can often get good weekend rates at this hotel.
