It wasn't my first time at this hotel, I've been twice already i love the location, just in the heart of Lisbon, Amazing friendly staffs, clean big bedroom and cosy too 😊. I definitely recommend this hotel 3k Madrid ti other's, who wants to go Lisbon... Solo, couples or for a family.

Midclass Hotel with strange procedures”
Don’t want to write too much, however the procedure to get breakfast was strange. Breakfast room managed like Fort Knox. The food presentation is not convenient at all. The team is giving the best, thats top level issues!

Staff if very good, but the hotel is outdated. The smell in the room was not too pleasant.”
Pros: very good staff Cons: rooms and bathrooms outdated, from tiles to bathtub, etc. The bed was ok. wallpaper in certain areas beginning to peel. Closet moulding loose. And the smell wasn't too pleasant.

Spacious room close to city center. ”
The room was clean and spacious. But the aircon was not working barely any air coming out of it. We had to keep our windows open. They don't respond to texts through Agoda when wr had requested for early checkin. Had to go there in person to find out.

Nice staff ”
I'm impressive by their staff, they are very patient and likely to help. The hotel and breakfast is good and location not far to city center by walking and bus station and metro is in walking distance (need to walk a while).

Over all really nice hotel. Check in/check out process was smooth. Rooms very small. We enjoyed the stay even though it is a walk to main attractions about 30 -45 min. So if you love to walk it would be a great fit. Clean laundry room across the street, market place, and good restaurants near by.

Budget hotel”
Staff was friendly and check in was easy. They lock the main door at night and open for you when you come in and out, so that made me feel safe. Room is spacious for what I paid for. Location is only blocks away from the main street and 20mins walk from the center hub. Room is basic but it has everything I need for a basic stay. Not a 4 star hotel, consider this similar to Ibis Style. Great for budget travelers!

This hotel has a nice location right next to Maques de Pombal! The rooms are okay, big bathroom and overall nice. You have a pool on the roof but only 5 people can stay so you need to Reservate for 1 hour. The staff is nice but still very very unorganized, I had many Organisation problems… still I would recommend the hotel for a few days with a nice breakfast!

Wirkt eher wie ein Hostelzimmer”
Während meines Aufenthalts gab es eine Baustelle, die mehrmals am Tag ziemlich laut Lärm gemacht hat. Weder auf der Website noch sonst wie wurde das angekündigt und stört natürlich enorm beim Entspannen. Außerdem habe ich auf meinem Bettlaken noch einige Haare gefunden, die definitiv nicht von mir waren, obwohl es tatsächlich frisch gewaschen war. Im Bad klebten bei mir sonderbare Spuren an der Wand und an der Badewanne war etwas schimmel.. Wenn das ein Hostel Zimmer wäre würde ich alles verstehen, aber für ein 4-Sterne Hotel finde ich es enttäuschend. Das Personal ist aber extrem nett, Lage wirklich gut.

Ein in das alter gekommene Hotel. Sehr düster, unsauber wie auch der Rezeptionist sah schon sehr merkwürdig aus...Das weisse Hemd war nicht mehr weiss sondern hatte alle möglichen Farben von Essen/Kugelschreiber etc. Keine Badetücher, auch nachdem man Sie höflich fragte gab es keine. Für mich war es mit Abstand das schlechteste 4* Hotel in dem ich übernachtet habe.
