We are only 2 night there for my anniversary ,Hotel is not so far from heart of city. bed good everythings ok. things a bit geting old but still ok and clean. and thanks you for Surprise my anniversary is so lovely.

The hotel location is very good, Jolia the receptionist was very helpful and smiling all the time. The bed and the pillow were not comfortable and the AC was not working well

Nice hotel but very hot”
Hotel was clean and nice. However it was so hot it was unbearable. We had to leave tge window open to combat the heat which in turn all the snow was flying in the room when it was snowing. When looking out the window we noticed others doing the same thing. I cant understand why people automatically turn the heating up to maximum when they see some cold or down to minimum when there is heat outside. Air conditioning has a variable dial for a reason.

The too They havé showed me , actually the 2 typr of rooms were small dark felt dirty. I couldn’t stay there and i cancel and literally run away. Crazy expensive and mediocre. The should and can do better.

Hotel is beautiful design and room amazing.. only the reason is am hard of hearing deaf,,can't hear phone, so I went down to the lift to ask reception two time,to get me the ironing board and never return nothing,, it shame I pay accommodation bit expensive and service was unable sent to me the ironing board ... never happened like this before from any accommodation to me.. it shame no respect for my disability deaf ..

Our week long stay was excellent in every way. Clean and elegant rooms, wonderful breakfast(make your reservation to include it) Nice lobby bar and restaurant. It was convenient to the events we were attending and quite close to train and trams to get just about anywhere. HIGHLY recommended.

We arrived earlier than the official check in time but the front desk staff was so kind to check if our room was ready or not. We appreciated her effort and this gave us a very good first impression. We stayed at the MGallery in SGN as well. Great service as well.

The roomis creepy ,because the hotel seems old. The toilet bowl has this weird feature , where water and stool doesnt pass /flow easily, its disgusting.

One of the best hotels that you can find for price and location!”
The hotel is very good, no complains, basically anything that you want to visit in Vienna is at walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are big and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful for any questions that you might have. Totally recommended.

Great location - close to the concert hall and Stadtpark and Wien Mitte stations. It is also a comfortable walking distance to Belvedere Palace and the city centre itself. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but limited in choice. There is a very good restaurant - Gmoakeller - within short walking distance of the hotel. The only negative thing I can think of was the hallway (2nd floor) smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The room itself was good and did not have this smell. I would probably stay in this hotel again if I were to return to Vienna.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly, well trained staff. We enjoyed our stay at the Konzerthaus Hotel. We had requested an early check in but at 1:45 only one of our rooms was ready. I understand that early check in cannot be guaranteed, however, our train had been in an accident that morning and we had been delayed and transfered to two additional trains. It was a difficult morning and it would have been nice to have had a few minutes in our room before heading out to do some sightseeing. The weather was not great while we were in Vienna and we found this hotel to be just a bit farther out of the way than we had thought.

I wish the hotel were nearer train station. It was not far on foot, totally within walking distance but with luggage it felt a bit different. Anyway it was still convenient as it was near concert house, musikverein, etc.

Well located, within a 15 minute walk to interesting spots. Clean. But needs a facelift: furniture and fixtures are a bit old.
