Never ever again”
The room was the tiniest room in the world. That was not the problem, but the smell of old carpet was terrible, air condition was only working at 16 celcius: so it was either sweating or getting cold! The lady at the reception refused to change my room, i do not believe it was fully booked, NEver again!!!

Positive: 1. Location. 2. Staff was very nice. 3. Check in 4 hours before the formal time with no extra charge. Negative: 1. Very small Room, even for a single. 2. The T.V was very small like a personal computer screen. 3. Room was not so clean. 4. On the Breakfast one day after the other it was the same soda bottle, on the second day he was already open, they didn’t have a new one for every day.(a new bottle cost in the super market less than 1 euro) 5. Room was very old; telephone and garbage can look like they didn’t replace them since 1980. 6. in the room a kettle with sugar and tee, but without coffee. All in all not a bad place but for almost 100 euro a night you can find better places in Vienna

The hotel is conveniently located within the tourists spots. It was only a few minutes walk to the St. Stephen Cathedral. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always with a smile . The rooms were clean and very we love the beautiful wall paper done on the interior.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff with all the mod cons one would expect in this type of hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and served with a smile. The location was perfect, just behind the cathedral, walking distance from everything.

Fantastic Hotel a mini "Sacher Hotel" great location very friendly and helpful staff. Best breakfast in town! The room was larg lots of space. Fantastic bathroom with a tub. The most cumpfortable bed I ever had in a hotel. Thank you

This hotel is just 5 minutes away from Stephansplatz and Gaben streets. And yet it is located in a quiet, small street. Rooms are awesome. Breakfast is great. Highly recommend it.

I stayed at the Amadeus as a result of an Agoda Secret Deal package. For a four-star property, my room was very very small - but quite well furnished. Reception and restaurant staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. The location is wonderful - five minutes from Stephansplatz (cathedral and Underground railway station) and about ten minutes from the Danube.

everything about this hotel is excellent. though I am very selective person and very cautious during booking a hotel which I never stayed before but in this case I was totally grateful . The staffs were extremely helpful.
