Very good hotel and very friendly staff. Just that the entrance is not that obvious from the google maps. It was actually at the other side with a big sign.

A really nice surprise for the money”
Pros: -nice cozy room, with all the utilities that you might need -plenty of space -silent location -plenty options for breakfast and tasty as well Cons: -kind of worn furniture -there were some hanging dust cobwebs The bottom line is that despite that two mentioned cons, we had a very nice time on the hotel. Those 25 mins to reach to the centre, almost kept us away from public transportation. I fully recommend the hotel.

Good value for money. Breakfast is very good delicious and wide-ranged. Very close to Tram station and 8 minutes to metro station. Very clean room with bathtub. Friendly staff.

The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area of the city. The transport communication are excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

All well except for noisy heating system. ”
Room and bath are of good size, bed is comfortable, hotel surrounding is quiet and tranquil. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. All is good but it is a pity that the heating system is very noisy. I changed room but the "normal noise" is still very noticeable and not easy to get a good night's rest with it.

Nice Hotel”
It's about a 20-25 minutes walk to yhe St. Stephen's cathedral in the center. The breakfast is really good. The rooms were a bit warm (in the winter). Better warm than freezing. They let us check-in early since our rooms were ready and we were travelling off-season. The check-in process was a breeze, took about 2 minutes.

We are pleased if we do not count the irritating noise coming from at the edge of the room wall. Breakfast, staff and all other things were as it meant to be. I would not recommend you to stay in a room with a wall facing outside of the building. There was kind of machinery noise(AC Motor IMO) all the time which we were able to sleep barely.

Lovely hotel with very accommodating staff in a quiet area of Vienna. There was lots of choice for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. Plenty of good eateries nearby. It was a good 30/35 minutes walk at a leisurely pace into the heart of Vienna. There was a bus and tram stop nearby, good if the weather not great.

A place to rest our heads”
The staff on reception were lovely and let us store our baggage for free after checking out, the hotel is a little out of town, we had unlimited travel on trams so didn’t bother us as tram D stopped about a 5 min walk. No complaints as such, the room was clean however bathroom and furniture was tired with stains in the bathroom, wouldn’t call it 4 star luxury but clean and suitable for good night sleep.

Generally good stay, however... Day one after breakfast - Returned to room to find door slightly open (nothing missing, so continued with my day - Next morning came out of the bathroom to find door slightly ajar (was shut before I entered bathroom. Cleaner was in room opposite. Managed to confirm that red notice I placed on the outside of my door on both days meant room not to be cleaned. That evening I told the front desk about the open door (thought it important they know for future reference. Didn't get the impression they thought it important - told me an engineer would come and have a look at door - little later, a knock on the door, a cleaner enters without invitation - I'm in underwear on bed and she pretends just continues playing with handle. No privacy. No engineer. No good customer relations. Also, no snacks at bar, despite advertising in hotel booklet. And single duvet on king bed just doesn't work. Decent breakfast. Could always be worse, but bad experiences make a mark!

The price value is great for this hotel. The included breakfast has many options and everything is fresh. The hotel is perfect for those who search for a quiet place to sleep being located in a small street with little traffic at night. Connections to city center are very good (more options and at all times of the day and night).

I found the staff to be friendly and professional. The room was really clean. Aircon. worked well. Although the Hotel is in a side street it has great Public transport within a minute of two , on every side. Frequent tram services make travelling around Vienna simple from here.

Excellent position and good value”
The hotel is placed in an excellent position right in the heart of Vienna. The room are quite spacious, the furniture new , internet connection reasonably fast and the breakfast had a good quality and variety of choices. The staff was moreover very helpful too.
