It's a good hotel, although along the way from train station there is way too many Love Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. it's close to convenience store and you can buy many foods if you're hungry in the middle of the night. Location is close to the train, so you can travel pretty much everywhere you want as long as they train can take you to. The question i have about this hotel, are they love hotel?? even though it doesn't feel like it

this hotel is just a few minutes walk from train station. Shops, stores, food are easily accessed. car park slot is limited but luckily we had one.

Reasonable price hotel with nice, clean room and friendly staff, although the location is a bit far from the train station. The breakfast @ 350 yen per person is cheap, offering local Japanese buffet. Enjoy the food very much.

I would only recommend this hotel if you're looking for a rather budget hotel very near to the train station in the city area, in this case the Uguisudani Station (next station after Ueno Station). This hotel is located at a rather shady part of the city, surrounded by numerous love hotels. As a solo traveler who would usually go back quite late at night, it's quite scary walking alone from the station to the hotel. The facility is quite old, but quite okay for staying only 3 nights. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. One thing I didn't like was that it still uses only keys for your room door, and you'll need to hand in / collect back your keys at the counter every time you're going in/out of the hotel. But the staffs are very friendly and tries their best to help you.

The hotel is old and fusty, require long walking from the hotel to the nearest station, not convenient for those who use 72h subway ticket because you have to pay for JY line, the neighbours are love hotels, not suitable for family trip !

location, location, location ”
It's a two minute walk from Uguisudani station, if that. The easy access to the Yamanote line made everything so much easier, and therefore more enjoyable, during our stay in and amongst Tokyo. For how close it is to the train line I, weirdly, never heard/was woken by trains. The hotel itself is very quiet, kinda felt like you had the entire building to yourself. We are both 23, uni students travelling on a low budget. Cerezo was a great deal for us at the time, and we opted for the breakfast option because it was one less hassle to worry about. The breakfast was pleasant and enjoyable, the food changed slightly each day and it was all you could eat. We eat a lot. Coffee, tea, juice, water, with miso soup everyday, and some rice and bread/buns etc. The main course would change each day though e.g. we had meatballs one day and fish the next. When we were booking, I couldn't decide whether or not to get the breakfast option because of how it had been run down in the comments, sure, it's not a Western buffet that you'd get in America but why would you want that in Japan? The food was yum and super filling. 'There was just a limited size of buffet', yeah mate because its unrealistic to expect piles of food when they're only feeding like 10 guests each morning. Cleaning was good and super easy to organise, microwave was a life saver and the tv was a good size but we couldn't figure out how to use it, with our very bad Japanese language skills. The room was actually a good size, had a fridge and a little sink/stove for cooking, a glass table and benches- biggest room we've stay in so far. The staff were amazing. 500 stars to them. They helped us with everything; Suica cards, attractions to see, they organised and shipped our bags to Kyoto, they kept our luggage for a day after (after checkout) so we could wander around and have more time exploring Tokyo, and they have this table with a whole bunch of supplies (from hair gel to robes) that you can just have- yay free

If you just intend to sleep here then this hotel should be fine. We were given a smoking room at first but they were able to reassign a new room to us. It is just dark so it doesnt feel clean but i think it is clean.
