We really liked the hotel”
We have a great time t the hotel it was clean and we were happy it was close to the trains Christine, one of the members of the night staff was really friendly bud helpful. She made sure we were happy and okay. When we were late she helped us get a taxi and recommended location and help us throughout the trip.

Great hotel”
The hotel has a simple yet aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. They have chosen great artists to display on the walls, and the architectural style creates a highly aestetically pleasing vibe, reminiscent of 20th century Paris. The breakfast is also simple yet incredibly flavourful, as every ingredient tastes of excellent quality. The staff are very helpful and friendly, however they seemed a bit stressed with many tasks to do when we arrived. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in an elegant place with quality food.

Clearly form over function”
During our stay it was around 24 degrees in Copenhagen. The hallway to the room was not ventilated at all, making it very hot and stuffy. Our room turned out to be hot and stuffy too, and no ac or fan, forcing us to leave the windows wide open during the night. Since our room was facing the (very pretty) courtyard, this meant an overload of lights and noises all night long. Tried to call the reception for a fan, but our phone didn't work. Did get a small fan the next day, but wasn't enough to cool the room during the night. Still needed ear plugs in a 4-star hotel... Didn't try the breakfast, since it's way expensive and there's barely anyone in the (very pretty) café all day to make it feel popular. Free glass of wine though. Using the hotel bikes costs extra, and isn't even much cheaper than the public Donkey bike program... Would not stay here again.

Cute but nonfunctional ”
Stayed 3 nights including breakfast Still under construction and woke up very early morning due to noise on the first night. OMG! Pros: Obviously Good location less than 10min from train station and easily reach popular shopping areas and restaurants on foot Cons: In terms of room, furniture and design seems modern and clean. However, overall I was disappointed by missing function mostly in bathroom such as no shelf to put cosmetics, tiny sink and even toilet paper holder. Better to have small coffee table & electric kettle and more tv channel options in English. Breakfast: simple but good quality Cozy atmosphere and sophisticated design Could be nicer if they offer something new at least one day Apparently big potentials in staff service

Staff very rude and housekeeper very careless ”
Housekeeping carelessly took one of our T-shirts when changing the bedding. When we reported the incident, Karina simply smirked at us and told us there was nothing she could do. Instead of apologising and actually bothering to look for the item, she insisted there was nothing she could do and we would have to write an email which would be responded to AFTER we check-out. Karina is by far the worst hotel staff I have ever encountered. She is rude, unprofessional and unqualified to deal with people, let alone guests. This hotel does not qualify to be a 4-star hotel. At best, 2. It's noisy, poorly maintained and run by incompetent staff. Coco Hotel? More like Coco Hostel.

Spacious and cozy.”
Nice cozy hotel with a courtyard. Located within walkable distance from city center and Central Station with market, shops, and restaurants nearby. The reception on the day of our check-in was very friendly and offered great service. Bathroom has heated flooring, which is super nice during winter. Our window also overlooks the courtyard in the middle, which is a cozy view. Some things to note: - No refrigerator nor electric kettle. - They have a ping pong room on the 5th floor (odd number room wing), so if you're assigned a room on the 4th floor, ask for an even numbered room. We were in 411 and can hear footsteps of people running around from above.

1. location was good 2. front desk staffs arent that helpful and friendly, serving you unwillingly. i have 2 luggages when i checked in as my fren got to rush for work, the receptionist saw me struggling with 2 luggages, n took a while for her to step out of her reception area to open the door, but that it is. no help was given. 3. we stayed on the 4th floor (courtyard facing), but as there is restaurant/cafe downstairs, we are woken up at 5/6am due to loud loading/unloading noises. 4. room is really small for 2 pax 5. this is really a boutique hotel, no room slippers 6. i been to many boutqiue hotels, but this hotel really dont have much service, is alot of self service.... so not really suitable to be call a 'hotel' 7. interior design of lobby is nice, trendy and courtyard is pretty though. nice area to chill out on ground level

Delightful hotel in a fabulous area of the city”
Our room had the loveliest window ledge seat that overlooked the courtyard (itself a wonderful place to spend time). Well-appointed rooms - although unfortunately hotel didn’t supply body lotion and the small bathroom sink was awkward for face washing and had very little space for storing toiletries. Location was excellent - a great neighborhood with lots of amenities/restaurants/shop, short walk to city centre.

Väldigt trevlig personal och ett guldläge mitt i Köpenhamn. Hotellet är under renovering så det finns inte så mycket "extra" att tillgå men det funkar bra för en natt eller två. Det kommer att bli jättefräckt och väldigt hemtrevligt. Jag kommer gärna tillbaka!
