Clean but no elevator ”

The room is clean. Location is ok easy to walk to the city, no elevator. some staff cannot speak english and cannot told me where is the bus station.

Outside of the room, it is under construction I think. It looks dirty on the hallway of 1st floor. Just only this thing that disturbed me. Other things are very well.

My stay here was pleasant. The hotel is certainly nothing fancy but I think good value for money and certainly clean. Good breakfast!

Reasonable price, in city centre.”

I stayed just 1 night and didn't use breakfast. The room was not very big but clean and well maintained. Internet acces is easy and fast. Check in and out is very fast. No AMEX payment possible.

Pretty good value for money”

My room was a single bed room without a bathroom. The WC was located in the hallway and I assumed the shower would be too...however I never found the shower!! I looked on two floors and could not find it, which is pretty unacceptable. Reception is not 24 hours so I couldn't even ask at the desk. Other than this the hotel is fine for a quick visit, clean and tidy. I wouldnt want to stay more than one night as there is no atmosphere.

Nice location close to train station”

The reception is only open until 7pm and I arrived at 8:30pm, so I had to call the owner's handphone (number written on the entrance) to get the code to enter the hotel. The hotel has no lift. Luckily I travelled light. There is a wash-basin in my room, and a shared toilet on every floor. (I think I only saw 1 shower room in the whole building.) The hotel is a 5 to 10 minute walk from/to the train station. In December there's a Christmas market in the park between the hotel and the train station. Linz's brand new opera house is also close to the hotel.

Decent hotel, annoying staff”

Somewhere between a hostel and a hotel. The pluses were that the hotel was clean and near the train station, and you can do your laundry for a cheap price relative to most I've seen in Europe. The room, bathroom, and hallway were cleaner and nicer than I expect from a hostel (or any place with a shared bathroom). The minuses were more numerous. First, internet didn't really work in the room, only in the common area downstairs. Second, breakfast was expensive (I only had it because I accidentally bought it). Third, the woman at the desk on the morning after my stay was brusque to the point of rudeness. When I was getting breakfast she rudely interrupted me, suspicious of whether I had paid for it. I asked about doing my laundry, and when I brought my laundry bag to do it, she looked at it and said, "One machine? Much, much!" It's none of her business how much laundry I have; if it fits in the machine then just do it and keep your opinion to yourself! I suppose the cost of the laundry plus a nag. Still cheap, but irritating.

the hotel is small and clean. the staff is nice. the beds, the tv and the sofa are good. the bathroom is actually not a room. it is just a corner with shower and a curtain. and there is no individual toilet in the 'standard double room', which is quite disappointing. and i am also disappointed that the toilet is not separated in to a male one and a female one.

it is close to inner city and train station, can walk there in 10 mins. the hotel is clean. but i don't expect that there is not a bathroom on every floor. and i don't expect that there is no separated male and female shared toilet. other than the bathroom and the toilet, the hotel is quite good.

Ich hatte zwar ein Zimmer ohne eigene Toilette, aber da diese nur 3 Meter entfernt und auch immer sauber war, fand ich es nicht als so störend. Nur Langschläfer darf man nicht sein, denn bereits um 8:00 beginnen die Reinigungsarbeiten und dann ist es mit der Ruhe vorbei. Wie gesagt, für den günstigen Preis und für Frühaufsteher absolut empfehlenswert.

Ohne Schnickschnack, zentral gelegen und preislich sowie gastfreundlich top! Bei Bedarf komm ich jedenfalls wieder zum Wilden Mann!

Alles notwendige sauber vorhanden in guter fussläufiger Erreichbarkeit ( Bhf, Altstadt,….). Freundlich hilfsbereites Personal. Komme bei Bedarf wieder.

Estoy para la segunda vez cuando me aloje en este hotel .A la primera vez,me encanto,la segunda,también y siempre que llego para mas días a Linz ,preferiría encontrar habitaciones disponibles solamente en este hotel.Es super todo.👍👍👍

늦은 입실로 객실 키는 따로 메일을 받았지만 와이파이 비밀번호는 메일로 보내주지 않아 와이파이를 이용할 수 없었습니다 와이파이 비밀번호가 방 안에 적혀있을 줄 알았지만 없어서 메일을 보내보았으나 다음 날 아침에 답장이 와서 사옹하지 못했습니다. 화장실은 밖에 따로 있었는데 불이 자꾸 꺼져서 불편했고 샤워실은 창문이 있는데 건너편 건물에서 다 보이는 위치였습니다
