Amazing hotel great location”
This place is fantastic. I arrived early and was able to get into my room at 12 midday. If you are a Godzilla fan, this is a must stay as there is a giant Godzilla h head in the 8th floor, where the reception and cafe are located. I don't think it has a pool but they have a gym. Great value room and good size even for the single room I had. Very clean, friendly staff. I visited during the Covid-19 time so it was nearly empty and probably why it was so cheap. Still very very clean. Close to Golden Gai area which is a must to visit if you like a cosy bar to drink the night away with newly meet friends. A short walk to the limousine express bus terminal only 15 mins. If you arrive from Haneda, get the limousine express bus to the first non airport stop. From there get a free WE bus across the road directly to the hotel. Ticket is free if you ride the limo bus. Just ask about it when you get off at the first stop. YouTube has videos on how to do this and it is very luggage friendly unlike the train 1250 yen. Good at the cafe is great but you'll probably eat out at the many ramen places downstairs. It's a quick train ride into Shibuya crossing. Although it is supposed to be a bit of a red light area it is completely safe at all hours. Bring a travel power adaptor for Japan. I'll be staying here next visit for sure.

Great value, comfort and location stay!”
I stayed at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku for one night at the end of November after looking for a hotel in Shinjuku with good reviews for a short stop over before a work trip. I was not disappointed! I found Hotel Gracery Shinjuku offered a nice amount of luxury, especially given the price and was delighted with the bathroom and view from my room. I opted for a double room and felt the amount of room I had was more than sufficient for me. The location was perfect being super close to Shinjuki train stations and sightseeing, and the hotel staff were helpful in storing my bag both before I stayed (before check-in) and after I checked out. I'd definitely stay here again when I come back to Tokyo!

Best Hotel For First-Timers”
We booked this hotel for our first trip to Japan and it was the greatest experience ever! I did my research to try to find a good place in the center of it all and this was it. We flew in to the Narita airport and took the Narita Express to get to this hotel. The train station was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel room itself had a beautiful view of the city the bathroom was so spacious! I took many baths in the enormous tub! We booked our room with breakfast included and I am so glad we did because it saved us so much money! The breakfast buffet they have is delicious. I loved that we had western style food available but also Japanese style food that we could enjoy. To get to all the nice places in Tokyo you have to walk or take the train so being so close to a train station is a plus. We are planning our next trip already and we will be booking here again because of how much we loved the facility, the staff, and its location.

Right in the middle of the vibrant Shinjuku district, comfortable and clean ”
Our five days in Tokyo were enhanced by the location of Hotel Gracery which is in the middle of the Shinjuku district and very well connected for transport wherever you wish to go. The hotel is famous for its Godzilla Head which added a bit of fun and means that EVERYONE knows where it is and it can be seen from almost everywhere local - great for finding the way home. The room was compact by western standards and but we managed well because there was every facility that we could want and cleaning services were excellent. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room very quiet. High recommend.

Fantastic hotel with thoughtful details”
A friend and I loved our stay in the hotel. We had a twin room which was big enough for our two large suitcase, two large snowboard bags and room for us to move around. The hotel had everything you would expect from a four star hotel in a major city but the thoughtful little extras really blew us away. The pocket wifi device was a stand out, being able to carry that with us as our own hotspot, just awesome. We had read some other traveller reviews on Tokyo that mentioned wifi is everywhere which is not true, it can be difficult to figure out the rail network so wifi really got us out of a few confusing situations. Also loved the the pyjamas, we really wanted to bring those home, the lovely bedding and good quality soap and lotion etc was on point. Breakfast was good value with some variety but I imagine after 3 days it might get a bit boring. We loved this hotel so much we decided to book the same chain in Kyoto.

Clean, neat and central - Recommended Hotel.”
With the added bonus of having the Godzilla Head just outside the cafe/restaurant!. Kids will love this hotel. This hotel was value for money in Shinjuku and within walking distance of the Shinjuku Train station, major shops and a huge variety of eating places. We could walk to the Samuari museum and to the Robot Resturant. Our room was cleaned on our terms and the staff very friendly and helpful. The size rooms were not large, but this is to be expected in Japan.

Location: 5min walk from Shinjuku Station East exit, and there are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room: room is a bit small (very normal for hotels in Shinjuku area) but everything is super clean and in good condition. I especially enjoyed the bathtub. Other highlights: the Gozilla head is definitely one key reason we picked this hotel. All the staffs are very friendly and their English are good.

Can’t say enough about how awesome our stay was at this hotel. Set your expectations if you’re a western traveler and used to big rooms. Consider this if you’re bringing big luggage bags. Try to ask for the high rise level floors to get an awesome view of Shinjuku’s skyline. This can’t be beat!!! The surrounding area will offer a lot of good cheap dining options and something finer too. Everything is walkable especially the Shinjuku shopping area. There is also a rotating 100 yen shuttle which can drop you off conveniently at the specific points around the ward. Definitely going to be my hotel of choice from now on!!

Would Stay Here Again”
We loved everything about this hotel. If you like to be right in the heart of the action then you can't beat this location. Despite that, our room was very quiet (29th floor), and we slept well. Loved the deep bath with the tap that turns itself off when full. Amazing city views. Oh, and... GODZILLA!!! Very easy to find from Shinjuku station. Just a few minutes walk to Golden Gai, Memory Lane, and lots of shops. The only thing I would change is to add some drawers to the room for storage. I feel like they would be a lot more useful than the table and chairs that were in the room.

Great location near bars, restaurants, and Shinjuku Station!”
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! We had a great room on an upper floor with a bit more space than some of the other, similarly priced rooms we've had in Tokyo. The view was great, the hotel was clean, and check in/check out were quick and easy. The hotel was a relatively short walk from Shinjuku Station, and we were able to easily connect to most locations in the city. The 7-11 on the ground floor was an added bonus. The neighborhood was definitely lively on Friday and Saturday night, and the touts outside some of the clubs were not shy. That said, I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable (and I live in a relatively small, rural town when I'm not traveling. There's no gym or pool, but you can access a nearby gym with a lap pool at a discounted price. I didn't see that advertised, and its a great perk.

Downstairs full of great shops and great food... you just need to walk around and can buy most things you need... hotel is great.. room is big n clean... fast check in and out procedure...worry nothing if you are non japanese speaker....

In the heart of Shinjuku, very convenient to go shopping and dining. Even when you found hungry at midnight, just go down and you have everything nearby. Hotel room is clean and the staff are so nice. Will definitely consider to stay here again in my next trip.

It is located really near the trains in Shinjuku, all the food & shopping. The room was spacious & service was impeccable. They helped us with securing reservations at a 1 star michelin sushi restaurant which made our time in Tokyo even more awesome than it already was! Will always recommend Hotel Gracery Shinjuku to my friends as well as return to stay with them next time.

The only con I can comment on might be the size of the room compared to what we are used to in the United States, but for us it was sufficient, comfortable and the bathroom was great. Just compact, there is so much to do in Tokyo that you really will not spend much time in it anyways!!! Enjoy

Location is amazing. The hotel is a landmark of the area. The beds were comfortable and the private bath had instant hot water and great pressure. Perfect landing place after a long flight into Tokyo.

Hotel address is perfect,at least 1000 food options back & front door step. 500 meters from shinjuku train station. Many options for shopping. Tokyo is a very clean City,safe,people are awesome.

Location was smack in the middle of Shinjuku, short walking distance to JR station and all the action. Room was cozy (small, but not that surprising given its a hotel in the heart of Tokyo). I stayed in the single room on the dedicated floor for female travellers. and came stocked with quality toiletries (actual skincare brand (DHC) and not generic stuff which I find can be quite harsh). The room also has many gadgets like a facial steamer and a foot massager. Bathroom has separate bathtub/shower area and was generous in size. VERY CLEAN! CONS: the one and only con was the pillows - they were way too hard even when I requested for a "soft" one (its cute that they have a pillow menu for you to select 4 different firmness of pillows)

Excellent Option”
Spacious room compared with other hotels in Tokyo. Very clean and they provide everything you need. Its around 8-10 mins walk from Shinjuku station but be reminded that there are loads of people on the street and therefore it is not easy to walk from the station to the hotel if you are taking a lot of luggage. If you would like to take NEX train to Narita airport, it is recommended that you may take a taxi (around 800 yen) to the south exit and you can easily take the lift and access to the NEX train. In that case you will not be getting lost at the Shinjuku station with your luggage which happened to me for a couple of times.
