Few minutes walk from the train station. Convenience store directly opposite the hotel. Staff speak good English. The room is spacious for 4 with 2 big beds and 2 tatami mattresses. Super clean and new hotel with solid soundproofing. Love the modern and comfortable design. The bathroom feels so luxurious. Highly recommended.

Booked the family suite (3 bed), large space room.. About 10mins walk from Karuizawa station. Quiet neighborhood, but family mart and seven eleven available nearby hotel. No elevator, you have to carry your luggage via stairs (not recommended for those big heavy luggages)

The staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel is near the JR station. Just around 7 - 10 mins walk. Also some restaurants nearby (can ask staff to introduce). The room is cozy and comfortable.

Location is good with JR station 5 mins walk away. Family mart is just across and a big supermarket is about 8 min walk to the right. Our room is clean, comfy and big. Overall a good experience with this hotel.

We stayed for one night, the room is clean and well design, especially the bathroom, bath tub and shower area are enclosed, the washlet is a Toto brand upscale model, comfy. A convenience store across from the hotel , 5 minutes walk to the train and bus station, 10 minutes walk to a mall, plenty of shops, outlets, restaurants. We enjoy our stay, staff are friendly and the breakout is good . We recommend this hotel.

It’s about a 6 minute walk from Karuizawa station with a Family Mart and Lawsons nearby. Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza is adjacent to the station with a variety of shopping options and food options. Getting around via public transportation might be a bit slow with only bus or local train options. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom is a modern Japanese bathroom, with a separate toilet and a bathing room.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the hotel’s great location, directly located opposite convenience stores and just up the road from the Main Street.

Great family room with separate bedroom”
Family room was large by Japanese standards, but to be fair, we were upgraded from a triple to a quadruple. There was a separate bedroom housing two large twins, and a sectioned off area in the naun room that has another 2 twin beds., separated from the TV/sofa area with a low divider. Location was about a 10 minute east walk from the train station, another 5 minutes walk into the train station above the railway tracks will get you the the outlet shopping centre.
