Walking distance 5mins from Namba Station exit. Receptionists were very courteous, room amenities were generous and very clean. Breakfast Western & Japanese was, to my opinion very generous & high quality. Restaurant staff were kind & awesome. Even though breakfast timing was 45mins before ending, they kindly brought out their delicious waffles after I asked if these would be refilled. Late morning, a lady receptionist whom spoke English, kindly gave us suggestions on how to go to Kyoto and places to go in Namba. Breakfast & Lobby coffee was really good. A very generous hotel. Perfect hotel when you’re traveling with older people!”
This hotel is very clean and perfect if you’re traveling with old family members because it’s near all the must-see places in Namba (ex. don quixote namba, BIC Camera, Dotombori, Aria Jewelry, Namba Park, Takashimaya mall, Sky-O, etc.) that they can rest in the hotel in the afternoon if they want to. Also, it’s literally a 2-minute walk to the train station so if you wish to travel to another city (ex. tennoji- Abeno Harukas), it’s easy.

Stayed 4 nights and then returned for an additional 1 night after trips to Koyasan, Okayama, Hiroshima. Hotel stored luggage and accepted takyubin parcel while we were away from Osaka. On our return the stored luggage and parcel had already been put into our room. Highly recommend Il Cuore for service, location, value, facilities (just don't expect spacious rooms. Unless you pay big bucks, rooms in Japan are compact). Also excellent breakfast buffet for 1000 yen.

Very very good hotel!! Not only the location was superb and the facilities was clean but also very friendly and helpful staffs members. We ordered somthing online and it may not arrived at the hotel on time, so th staffs helped us confirmed the package. They were really nice and helpful. I’m really appreciate. (^_^) If I can give more than 5 stars I will surely do.

My family and I love this hotel because it was super convenient. Walking distance to Namba station, there was a family mart nearby and we could just walk to Kuromon Market and Shinsaibashi shopping area. However, the rooms were all set to heater mode at night and it can get quite hot. You have to try and adjust it bt it doesnt help that the settings were all in Japanese. Overall, i will come back here if I ever make a trip back to Osaka.

We are family of 4adult and 1 elderly. We arrive quite late and finding the hotel is not difficult, because before I travel I already ask a lot of information how to get to the hotel. The room is a bit small but very clean and check in very fast the staff also very friendly.

The location is great where close to Namba station, very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Specially, staffs are super friendly,, helpful and supportive. We will definitely come back this hotel again. :)

Excellent location to stay ”
The hotel is clean and cozy. The greatest part is the wonderful location. Just 3 mins to reach Namba station, where passengers can arrive without transfer.

Reasonably priced hotel at the heart of Namba area”
Strategically located near the train station and overnight bus station. It is also near Dohtonbori. It has minimalist design that is pleasing to the eyes. You could leave your luggage after checkout without a charge. The lobby also has chess and jenga. They could improve on the smell of cigarette smoke along the corridors in the rooms.

Prime Location ”
Short walking from Nankai airport train station (beside Fraser Residence so follow Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka sign) Room might be small but have everything you need including bathtub. Free coffee except breakfast time from730-11am. Will be back again for sure. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Had a nice stay in this hotel. It was just a 5min walk from Namba Nankai station. Very accessible to Ebishu Bashi-suji shopping street, all the way to Dotonbori and Shinshaibashi. Buffet was great, lots of choices from bread, miso, rice, salad, eggs, and drinks, with our fave sausage and shredded cabbage. They also made the coffee available during breakfast as suggested, which we really appreciate. The hotel mgt was open minded in our suggestion abt coffee availability and now, instead of coffee not being available from 7-10am, they offer it for free anytime. No more time restriction. Thanks Hotel IL Cuore! As for the room we booked - Economy Double, it was just enough for us, space wise. Has a huge TV, but a bit slow in response when you switch channels. Bed was comfy and clean. Toiletries were complete and provides 2 bottled water daily. The lobby was spacious - best spot to chillax and have some coffee or tea since the coffee machine was placed there with to go cups. All in all, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended esp if you booked it with huge discount. Will stay in this hotel again if we come back. Arigatou gozaimasu! :)

Airport limousine stop to Itami airport is just 20m / 3 mins' walk from hotel. Room is about 23 or 24 sqm which allowed 2 suitcases to be opened at same time. Enough power sockets for us to charge our devices. Close to Namba station.

Very helpful staff”
The staff here were very helpful and were able to communicate with the luggage sending service that damaged one of our bags, and were able to secure compensation the next day which was much appreciated. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was easily the best one we had experienced in Japan. A short walk from Dotombori and the surrounding shopping streets as well as a 10 minute walk from JR Namba station.

Good location. Near Numba station. Just 5 minuted walk. They have service for deposit luggage before check-in time. This is good for who arrive in morning. Amenities in room is complete. Space in room is small but enough for 2 persons. There are free coffee in lobby.

Very strategic location, near to namba station where you can take an express train to kansai Aiport. A lot of things to shop and eat too. The hotel space is not too narrow and the management is very thoughtful too as humidifier is given just in case the guest thinks that the room is too dry.

Hotel is just outside Nankai Namba station (where you will be coming from Kansai airport). The front desk people are great at what they're doing. And they speak good english. Keep it up!
