Really nice stay. Great rooms and shower. Great staff; helped receive and send a package to the next hotel I was traveling to in Kyoto. Location is close to subways and directly next to a great grocery store.

We loved the connection rooms we stayed, spacious compared to other hotels. The hotel is convenient, few minutes walk to subway station and there's a supermarket next door. The hotel is clean and receptionists are friendly.

Small but cute room with everything a traveller needs.”
Our taxi drivers seemed to have hard time to find where it is, however the hotel itself actually is in great location, 3-min walk to tube station, and just 1-2 stops away to the popular Shinsaibashi. The room is small however has everything a traveller needs, love the tartan detail that makes the room even more quirky. My only concern is that when we checked in in the evening, the Japanese receptionist was not very welcoming compared to the ones we met in the daytime, other than that, it was a good experience staying at the hotel and will consider coming back next time.

The room we booked is bigger than we expected, the staffs are friendly, just that it located slightly away from town area, not much local food to have but there's an mart downstairs convenient to shop for groceries.

The Hotel itself is quite well located. There is a metro with 2 metro lines very close by. The area itself is rather quiet. The hotel rooms are clean, but smaller than other hotels, however still manageable.

The mark 9 is mis-leading and I am totally not understand how come this hotel can get 9 marks!!! The hotel environment is fair but my room is noisy which just nearby laundry!!!!! The lobby is at 4/F floor which difficult to found!!! The location is far away from every Where!!!
