Value for Money”

The Rooms maybe on the small side but it was clean, towels were fresh everyday - kudos to the room cleaners !the bed was soft which was just perfect after wondering asakusa all day, the front desk guys were courteous , understood and spoke english which was just great , thank you guys! And for those people lugging big luggages -the airport limosine bus pick -up point in just accross the road its surely beats carrying your luggages on the station and into the train towards the airport!

The location hotel near Donqu shopping Center. Easy to shopping in night. And location also near Asakusa temple. Easy to travel. Easy to find eat. But walk far from subway Station. Breakfast is good and have many item for give you choose. Room clean.

Good Location with a few Issues”

My biggest gripe is with the air conditioning, or rather lack of it. The room had a standing unit that did little more than recycle warm air. I found it stuffy and hot at times, which didn’t help me to sleep - and this is in Autumn, so I can't imagine what it might have been like in Summer. The second gripe is with the WiFi, which I found to be erratic and sometimes extremely slow. The hotel is very close to Honmon-ji and about a 30 min walk from Tokyo Tower. It’s also close to the riverboat cruise station. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and the area is lively without being overly busy. Getting there from Haneda Airport is easy, but then I already had a SUICA IC card. The hotel is close to several stations on the Ginza, Asakusa and Tsukuba Express Lines. The last is the closest, with the Asakusa TEL station just a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel; however, don’t think that this automatically makes it the best option. From Haneda you will make three changes from monorail, to the JR Yamanote line to the Tsukuba Express line. Those will entail a lot of trekking and climbing stairs. If you’re not accustomed to Tokyo transport, you may also find it a challenge to follow the relevant signage, which is sometimes not obvious. After a long flight and carrying a lot of luggage that may be a challenge. Be prepared. My room was small, but perfectly fine for me; a couple may have found it a squeeze, but that is not unusual for hotel rooms in Japan. If the hotel had better AC, I would give it a higher rating, though the wireless data connection was irritating. The staff were friendly and the room was kept clean.

Perfect spot in Asakusa ”

It's a typical Japanese hotel so you're not going to have an excessive amount of room but it easily gets the job done. Easy to get to, perfect location, clean facilities. I was in a back corner room and would occasionally have the WiFi cut out, but that was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect hotel.

Lovely hotel and great location”

Strategic location which you can walk 10mins to G18 (Tawaramachi) or 5mins to the Japan Railway station. You can take the metro to Ueda for the shopping distreet or visit the Panda at Ueda Zoo. This hotel nearby the Asakusa temple and shopping distreet about 5-10mins walk. There are many delicious restaurant there. Hotel opposite got very nice Ramen even open at midnight. Make sure you shop the 7-11 and try out the Japan dessert. I would say this hotel provided value of price but you get 4 stars service and facilities in the room, highly recommended! I would definately stay again in this hotel.

Great Location”

It's easy to access to Asakusa Station (Tsukuba Express line)and surrending sightseeing points of Asakusa, such as Senso-Ji Temple. The hotel and room are clean, and staffs are helpful and polite. The room is kinda small, but I believe it's normal in Japan, especially in Tokyo.

average businessman style hotel”

good location reasonable price by japanese standards for twin bedded though expensive compared to apa hotels. but if looking for more than overnight stay...be disappointed.  just like apa hotels, small room, a simple clean safe place for business trip stay . big plus is location near sensoji temple etc but long walk to main line asakusa station. but if on business or going to tsukuba then it is near to the tsukuba express line asakusa station (yes for some reason both stations have the same english name) asthma sufferers be warned, whether its the carpets or aircon system, my wife and son had to shift to another hotel , the new richmond nearby, after a few nights as the aircon is too dusty whatever and caused asthmatic attacks though i wasn't affected. too bad no refunds so i ended up staying alone in their twin bedded room though i already had a single room to myself, and paid a small fortune for another twin bedded room for them last few nights in richmond ... sigh...

Reasonable Price But Bad Breakfast”

Compared with other hotels in Tokyo, the room rate is lower but the location is a bit far from the metro station (around 10-15mins walk) and the room size is really small. My package didn’t include breakfast but I bought a breakfast ticket. It was extremely disappointed and costed JPY1300 with very limited food choices. When I came to the restaurant around 9:15am, most of the food had been exhausted and they did not refill the food. It felt like I was having someone’s leftover. Thus, I strongly advise you not to try the hotel breakfast. If you would like to find the hotel with reasonable prices, it could be one of your choices but do not have a high expectation of the quality.

Close to TX station. Room is small but cheap. Able to keep our luggage a day before the check-in and hours after our check-out. Able to arrange neighboring rooms (in different types) when the requested upon booking. Email reply for questions via agoda is appreciated.

The facilities were very good.”

Pro: the facilities were very good location is very near to multiple halal resraurant as im a muslim. There is a laundry dry room that you can ise for free. Cons: the nearest train station to and from airport doesn't have any escalator and elevator. But you can take limousine bus to asakusa view hotel instead. It is just opposite this hotel.

Good location and good breakfast”

I stayed here one night for airport transit. It is located within the walking distance of tourist sites and shopping areas. The staffs are very friendly and the hotel breakfast is very good! It has so many varieties of Japanese and Western food! The room is very small and well maintained but it is too small!

Good location”

Good location near to Sensoji, subways, shops and restaurants. Rooms are small (typical for Tokyo) though I've seen smaller, and they are clean and quiet. We didn't try the breakfast, but there are cafés nearby and a bakery in the basement of Rox store next door. There is a small laundromat near reception. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Good location hotel”

We have stayed for 1 night with car parking. It is easy to find location. Many shops restaurants and temples around the hotel. Really convenient for travel and shopping. Very good 24-hours car park services. Car parking fee is cheap. Nice hotel but a bit expensive.

Solid second option”

This hotel had so far the best breakfast buffet of all the business hotels I've stayed in, in Japan. There was a wide selection of food, and most of them I really liked personally. The good thing about the location is that its near many spots that might interest the average tourist. It's a few minute walk from the Sensoji. There's also a Donki branch nearby, and a shotengai filled with shops. I think Kappabashi is also just a few minute walk away as well. However, overall the location isn't that great because, while it's only a few steps away from the train station, it takes a bit of walking and climbing up the stairs to go from the platforms to the exit and back (that's coming from someone who usually likes walking). Also, because the nearest station is being served by Tsukuba Express, it's not usually covered by any kind of train pass. Rooms are quite typical of Japanese business hotels, and for those who are used to such places will probably have no issues with the amount of space. The rooms are clean in general and the staff are also very helpful. I'd say that this hotel is a solid second option.

Nice place, located in an housing area (which is very nice if you want to feel the local vibes) but close to the main road and train station (this is important!). Value for money, staffs are very fluent in English (extremely important!), very informative and helpful. Clean, even the public bathroom is clean.

Good Location Hotel”

Hotel is at the good location of Asakusa. Near lots of shopping and eateries. Room is spacious and clean enough from my point of view. The check out time of 10am could have been better, but nevertheless I think this is the common check out time for most Japan hotels.

1 location with non stop activities for 3 days! ”

Hotel location is near the 2 different train line (about 10-16min walk). In the Vinicity, there's a 24hour mall, a few supermarkets, pachinko, beauty essential shops at wholesale price & restaurants. A walk to the shrines & Japan oldest theme park is also within reach.

Nice Location, Basic Hotel”

Very close to Tsukuba express, Kappabashi St and many restaurants and shops. Hotel itself is basic and clean, I had a single room that was a bit worn but it did the job, it had CNN so that was a plus to catch up on US news.

Good value for money, in a more chilled area of Tokyo ”

Staff were friendly, room really clean and my daughter, whose 9, and I, really liked the area. The people were really friendly around Asakusa, and it was a nice change of pace compared to Shiybu etc - highly recommend as at first it seemed like it be far away from everything but it's not and it's an area that has lots to do itself.
