Great place to stay”
The staff were very accommodating, offering restaurant suggestions and allowing us to leave our bags for a few hours after check out. We loved the bell tower next door and hearing the bells each morning and evening. The location is also very close to all the main sights in Salzburg. Even though the building is quite old, it was clean and met our needs quite well. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel in the Old town”
Beautiful, nice, clean, historic building in the old town. Surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Couple minutes walk to public parking or to the river. Nice breakfast. Free coffee and tea 24 hours. My room has windows looking down the paving tone road.

Love this hotel. Nice, clean. Close to everything. In the heart of the city. Public parking is couple hundred meters away. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast. Free coffee and tea 24 hours.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved our room and there was free tea and coffee 24 hours. Location in the main area of Salzburg so handy for everything.

Very nice stay”
It's an old house but kept very well. The room was clean and larger than expectation, and the location is very convenient, you can get to Mozart house in 3 min and Mozart's birthplace is just across the bridge. There's a small elevator so no need to carry luggage from stairs. The reception staffs are nice and gave us coupon for some restaurants, we tried a traditional Austria food one and had a very wonderful dinner. You can also buy Salzburg card from reception. I will definitely recommend this place though it's a little bit pricy during Salzburg festival.

Modern rooms in a historical building”
Location is excellent and many nearby restaurants and walking distance to all the sightseeing. Loved my stay and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a quaint pub right next door that opens until midnight which was great!

Centrally located Apartment 202”
We stayed at apartment 202 which was run by the hotel but was in a seperate location. We actually liked the location of the apartment better, as it was at the end of the same street but was closer to the bridge going into old town and the places of interest in Salzburg. Everything was an easy walk from it, including Mirabelleplatz on the other side. It was big and spacious for the three of house with kitchen and dining space. Only complaint was that the kitchen area was a bit dark and lacking in lighting. Other than that everything was great.

Pos: the location to this hotel is quite convenient. It is walking distance to most places, and about 18 minutes to train station. Neg: you will hear the church bell every hour. From the room there might be odors from sigarette smoke outside. Some renovation of the room would be needed.

Great location but no AC = Hot and Loud”
Great location and free coffee were great. No air conditioning and a very hot room means I would not recommend staying here in the summer. Our room was on second floor and opened to the pedestrian street out front. Only options were an open window and very loud noises late into the night and again early the next morning and a moderately hot room or window closed and too hot to sleep. Either option meant very little sleep. They helped with a public place to park our car so not too far away which was also nice.

Good location a short walk away from Salzburg’s Old Town, where most of the action is. Friendly helpful staff. 24-hr free coffee/tea/hot water is a major perk. Value for money for the location. Cleanliness could be improved. Some parts of the room a little dusty and dirt found at corners. Mattress also a bit sunken on one side. Ample hand soap, bath soap, toilet paper and towels. But wished they provided toothbrush and toothpaste. Heated towel rack in toilet super useful.

I stayed here only for one night due to last minute change in itinerary, the plus point of this hotel is its location which is super convenient located and within walking distances to many places, however I find the room is too small, I won’t recommend if you have big luggage!

The room was really spacious for 2 people, and it was very clean. The toilet was also updated and very clean, and even has a huge bath tub. The bed was also super comfortable we had a great sleep here. Staff was also super helpful and nice. The hotel is a short 7 min walk from old town, and is on a quaint street with lots of bakeries and cafes. Highly recommend!
