How rude can a receptionist be?”

After booking a double room with this site, when I checked at night an old guy with white hair checked me in, a bit cold but otherwise ok, when I got to the room, I discovered that they had given me too single rooms. (The beds were in a line - Like a passageway), It was a tiny room for EUR120. well since I had booked a double, I went down and politely asked if there was a Double available, I know its not a guarantee (A double bed), To which I was rudely told by the receptionist that I should have asked for it in the 1st place, Quite offended I took what he was saying and figured he might just be homophobic or something and left, but on returning to my room checked my booking and it said that I booked a double room. Feeling upset I went down again to confront him and show him my booking form which said "Double", to my surprise kept to his guns insisting I was wrong as Agoda doesn send all the info, a shouting match ensued between the client and the receptionist. Perfectly located near the canal system and supurb dining places.”

Rooms small but perfect for the traveller looking to use the hotel as a base and enjoy the magnificent surrounds. Staff friendly and rooms clean.

Great location but #9 from the website was difficult to find even by taxi driver as the hotel website informed... Loud street with heavy traffic.

My third stay here. Very convenient for the Royal Theatre (ballet), nearthe end of the walking street. A small problem this time -- they couldn't provide a working clock, after I requested one twice.

The location is great, and the staff are very helpful. The hotel itself does not have "modern" facilities, e.g. minibar, kettle to boil water, large bathroom, airconditioning, supplies, etc, which are particularly missed if arriving from another city hotel. But, given its structure, the staff have made it homely, e.g. tea, coffee, water always available in dining room, fridge and safe use by staff, and the staff are helpful with information and direction. In the unseasonably hot weather, the hotel room did have a fan.

Good hotel with a very good location”

Its an old and classic hotel, nothing fancy but truly good. Rooms are clean and nice, staff service minded and the breakfast really good. What more can you ask for? No need to pay more at a fancy hotel if you do not intend to stay most of the time in your room!

7 day stay in Copenhagen ”

$400 per night was a lot for this little room. It was a small room filled with 4 beds. Barely any room to walk.

Good location, many famous site are nearby or within walking distance. nice staffs, they are kind and helpful, they help us to print documents. The hotel offers free coffee and tea for all guests!

Friendly staffs. Clean & basic hotel for short stays. 5 mins walk to Metro. A convenient stall & a Chinese restaurant 2mins walk away. a lot of local restaurant along the river, which is only 5-10 walks away.
