The location is very near to Sapporo station. I feedback to the staff that instructions about access to the hotel on their website & Agoda was not very helpful as there were many exits. Then the staff identified the exit number for me And also suggested a faster way by using L Plaza exit and not to walk on the streets to avoid the cold winds in winter. His suggestion was great. Ms Komatsu Sugawara (I hope I didn’t spell wrongly) was very patient to help me to arrange delivery of my luggage to another hotel in WBF. She called up the hotel to i inform them. At times when we don’t understand each other, She would use a translator app to explain to me. I truly appreciate her experience. I hope to bring my family to stay at this hotel on our next Sapporo trip.

Good location in Sapporo, walking distance to Sapporo Station and shopping Daimaru and Stellar. Rooms are spacious for Japanese standards. Convenience store just across the road. Very clean, no cigarette stink.

Pretty good location but if I had known the sister hotel , Hotel Mystays Aspen was even closer to the train station, I would have opted for that one. Initially, after checking in, we found ourselves in a dreary looking room. Feeling dissatisfied , I went to reception and voiced out my unhappiness over the room. Fortunately after checking their files, they realised they had made a mistake and told us that our room was on another floor. This room was so much better with a cheerful ambiance and much more cleaner. Breakfast was ok, nothing to shout about. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a comfortable stay.

Near to jr station, plenty of eateries, 7 eleven shop, lawson etc. ”
We stayed 3 nights here to cover all sapporo sights and spots. Easy walking to jr, just straigt ahead. There is also another mystays aspen just about 50 metres away. Breakfast is good enough, they should serve it earlier at least at 6.30 am so guests can catch up earlier departure though. Rooms are a bit small, but workable for couple stays.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Good amenities. About 5-7 minutes away from the station. They should add an English note to their guests to use the door away from the main road since they kept it closed though.

Hotel locate 5 minutes walk from JR Sapporo Station. Staff are nice,Room is wide enough, room amenities are pretty perfect. Breakfast is variety choices of food. Will comeback here for sure.

The hotel was quite near the train station which you can walk to the next few stations via the underpass. Quite convenient to travel around sapporo. Moreover, there were complimentary ammenities at the lobby area.

Love the room set up, staff can speak very good English and are very helpful with directions to get to places using the underground subway. I stayed 1 night before my early flight back at New Chitose Airport back to SG, fast check in and check out.

Although the room is bit small, but it's still okay for me, as we travel with 2 kids and 3 luggage. Room is clean, and full with facilities. Great location where you can get your foods everywhere, and near to family mart too. Will come back again for my next visit!

We chose to stay near Sapporo station as it is more convenient to travel to and from Chitose Airport, Otaru and Sounryo. Major attractions in the city are within walkable distances. Excellent transportation network and great restaurants around the area. Staff are supportive. e.g. The non-functioning humidifier was replaced within 5 minutes after we called the reception.
