Hotel vypadá na první pohled dobře. Nejlepší je lokalita, je blízko pěší zóny a středu města, stačí projít asi 300 metrový tunel. Parkování je možné ve dvoře za 15 EUR na noc, ale přes noc od 19:00 hodin do 09:00 hodin lze parkovat ve vedlejších ulicích v modré zóně zdarma. V ceně není snídaně, hotel nabízí za 5,90 EUR croissant a kávu, ale když jste dva, tak za tuto cenu pro jednoho pořídíte jinde to samé pro dvě osoby. Měli jsme pokoj ve třetím patře (celkem 4 patra). Vybavení bylo dost opotřebované, hlavně úplně chybí lednička, která by měla být standardním vybavením 4 hvězdičkového pokoje. Kovové žaluzie na oknech byly zpřehýbané, špinavé a vůbec v pokoji i koupelně byl nedostatečný úklid (chlupy, vlasy atd.) Chyběly koupelnové propriety. Pokoje by potřebovaly nutně renovaci.

Hotel is conveniently located, only 10mins walking to the old town via underground tunnel. Bed is very comfortable, pillow was too soft so I requested extra to prop up. Room is clean and spacious enough. Only issue is water pressure in bathroom abit weak. Breakfast will cost €15 per person if your room rate does not include it.

Good quiet location with 10 minutes walk to the center of Salzburg”
Unexpectedly nice hotel within 15 minutes walks to Mozart's birthplace. Nice hot shower, comfortable bed, well-secure hotel location, nice staff, and a baggage storage room. Ten minutes walk to Spar food supermarket. Across the street from the hotel, there is a major bus stop to/from the airport - Bus # 10. The hotel is in an excellent location with a low reasonable cost. It is definitely well worth to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located in quite place, but is very convenient to access by bus. A lot of buses just stop in front of the hostel. It's also a walking distance to the walking streets.

i have never imagine the tram stop is so near to the hotel and to the city. the staff are very helpful too. there is no convenient shop nearby but there is an asian cooked food stall just 100m away which is very heartwarming for me, as an Asian Chinese who had been in the Europe for about a month.

The Neutor was spacious and clean- the tram is right outside the front door and a very short walk has you in the Old Town. STAY HERE!

Hot room, great location”
I found most Austria hotel doesn't have cooling air condition facilities. Visit there in summer could be tough coz the room can be quite warm during daytime. We had the windows open all the time hoping the wind would help bringing down the heat. It is cooler outside after sunset but we have to deal with noise and mosquito problems then. Hotel is in great location, walking distance to some mean attractions. Parking is not free it's $15 euro per day.

Convenient and close to major attractions”
Just a short walk to most of the major attractions. Hotel was neat although rooms look a bit aged, particularly the carpet. No fridge in rooms, have to ask staff to use their fridges. Very helpful staff though. Be aware that just about all shops shut 5-6pm and then it’s jus5 a few pubs. Particularly the Spa shop next to Mozart birthplace building shuts at about 8pm. However lovely to stroll around during daytime and find a few hidden alleyway surprises.

Good location but bad experience”
Front desk gave us the wrong room when we checked in... the TV in the room also switches on by itself at around 6am and we had no idea how to turn it off. Bathroom door swings open whenever another room is opened along the corridor.

Price is okay for the location, walking distance to city center/old town. Hotel is quite old but clean, room and bed is bigger than I expected as I booked solo room. Staff are okay but not quite helpful, acceptable

Check for parking”
Hotel good enough value but beware of the parking charge upon leaving. No mention of cost when you ask about parking - they just give you a ticket to display in your windscreen whilst in their parking lot so you don't get towed or whatever. When you checkout however you find that this was racking up 20 odd euros a night. Apart from that I was pleased enough with the accommodation.

Therefore, our hotel parking lot costs 15 € per day, we also offer our guests a reduced parking in the parking garage (100m away from the Hotel entrance). We communicate this situation on all channels including our own homepage and Agoda and also at the entries of our parking slot behind the hotel.
