The hotel is in a very quiet part of Vienna. Beautiful old style building with cosy rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. In a walking distance to the center. Good value for money. The staff at the hotel is exceptionally friendly and hospitable. I arrived tired and exhausted from a long flight and went straight to sleep. When I woke up it was past midnight and no stores or restaurants were open. The young receptionist was kind enough to go get me some food from their cafeteria and deliver it to my room.

Everything's good except one thing”
I stayed here with my friend for 4 night. The stuff is really friendly, some of them are Russian-speaking. Pretty rooms with vintage mirrors and barocco design. Still, there is one thing wrong. Every morning we woke ap at like 7 am because of trash service. They came to the courtyard and loudly brought the trash cans up or down the stairs, idk. It continued for 15-20 minutes and closed windows didn't help. Please, fix it asap.

No air conditioner, but that's not necessary in this area. I was there in "the hottest June since 1947", and the fan they provided made things quite comfortable. Room is very small, but also quite modern; good for a single traveler. The staff are nice, friendly, people. Overall, this is great value for money. I'd certainly stay there again.

I got my dates mixed up and arrived one week after my booking dates! The staff were extremely helpful and managed to find me a room. The receptionist who dealt with my booking even deducted the amount I had already paid despite my not turning up that week. As I had arrived in the evening, I was very glad I didn't have to look for another hotel so late in the day and in a city where I had never been. Thank you! That was excellent customer service.

Exquisite hotel for a low fare”
I particularly loved this hotel, the style and the furniture were so nice! It is located at 20min walk from the centre, has very well served by a bakery, wine bar and nice café. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Modest but ticks all the boxes, good location, 15/20 minutes by foot to inner centre but local eateries nearby, public transport at doorstep, nice residential neighbourhood, also close to Neubau gasse which is a cool area, nice staff, very clean, great value for money. Would highly recommend to those on a budget

Quiet location in residential area. Easy walking distance to main sights. Hotel was clean and staff extremely helpful Breakfast was good with a variety of choices in a typical Austrian breakfast. Downside. Hotel is very dated. Carpets need replacing in the bedroom and the bed was not comfortable for me. Would I stay again. YES.

Good location, needed some heating though!”
Good location, close to the Rathaus and we didn’t walk longer than 25 minutes to different sights. Room had no heating and when it’s 3 degrees outside. It would have been nice to come back to a warm room. We stayed 2 nights and we were woken up at 7am but extremely loud banging within the hotel (sounded like someone bringing something down stairs but slimming it on each step). The housekeeping staff were very noisy and they start early.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We arrived very early from a flight and they were willing to let us check in at 10:30am to an available room without an extra charge! Our only complaints are that the doors and walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms and the hallway throughout the night. It wasn’t a terrible nuisance and is expected with a building of this age. We did not partake in breakfast due to the added cost, but the value of the room was great!

Pros: Very good location. Nice staff Very Clean sheet and towels Cons: Old furniture and carpet. A little noisy, if the room is in front of the street. No air condition. Fans available.

Cool old fashioned hotel”
We got a deal when we booked this hotel, so it's very good value. It's not really located in the centre but many buses or trams around so very easy to get to everywhere. The staff was friendly. The room is nice and clean. Big room, big King bed. Got a table and two chairs ,wardrobe and such. The bathroom is big enough but the shower space can be too small for some people. It's a nice hotel to stay at in Vienna
