Not 5 star, sauna and pool closed”
The hotel was okay, reception staff were pleasant. Sauna and pool were closed due to “energy costs” which detracted from the point of going to a 5 star hotel. Room was okay quite small, sloped roof was limiting. We could see dead flies in the light covering and there was a dead spider on the window recess. Breakfast was awful. Cooked breakfast was freezing cold and not replenished. Juice and continental breakfast was okay. We were not guided to our seats on the first day we went to breakfast and seated ourselves. No one came over to the table to ask if the food was okay or offer a pot of coffee. On the second say breakfast was unmanned. The food was freezing cold and we had no-one to even complain to, we also had to seat ourselves again and all tables were dirty and not set . As we left the dining area a member of staff only just came. Based on the poor quality breakfast we were put off ordering any dinner from the “restaurant”.

Oltre ad essere molto vicino a Legoland l’Hotel è stato veramente eccezionale, dalla camera (oltre ad essere bella anche Molto Pulita) a tutto lo staff. Colazione ottima e cena un po’ limitata nel menù ma molto buona. Tempo permettendo a disposizione della camera tavolo e sedie fuori. A due passi dall’Hotel parte la passeggiata verso il centro in mezzo al verde e alle sculture. Ci tornerei.
