Difficult to find the correct location”
It is difficult to find the location of hotel. can hear the sound of people walking around in the corridor and sound of hair dryer in next room. less choice of breakfast, only bread, salad, yogaurt.

Hotel is near to Ikebukuro station. Exit from C6, turn left, then walk straight. You will see 7-11 and Family Mart. Turn left at the Family Mart junction into a small alley. You will see the hotel on your right after a short walk. Hotel seems abit old but have the essential amenities and items provided. Room is considered big and able to put at least 2 28” luggage open and still able to walk around without difficulty. The shampoo/conditioner/shower foam that they provided is DHC, it makes my hair feels smoother after using. It’s a pleasant stay. Thanks!

Perfect if on a budget, room smell of smoke even in non-smoking room.”
Extremely dated rooms, but acceptable on a budget. Requested non-smoking room but due to no non-smoking room available, a smoking room was provided. A non-smoking room was changed the next day, however it still had strong smoking smell. Smoking smell in room, even they attempt to open corridor windows and fire escape doors, cannot clear it. Pillows and duvet was paper thin, which is their standard. Basic breakfast was provided including toast, salad, yogurt, tea and coffee machine available, making it hassle free. The hotel staff are attentive and able to provide sufficient support where needed.

close to the station, but its too noisy in mid-night and morning, we can even hear the chatting conversation for next room.

Good location with lot of restaurants and shopping areas around. 5 mins walk to JR station. Room is relatively big comparing to similar type of hotel. Carpet was just cleaned and not thoroughly dried.
