Brilliant location!”
If you want a hassle free hotel when travelling fm Narita, this is it! It is actually alongside Nippori station where the Keisei Skyliner stops. Door to door fm Airport to hotel would be 45 mins max if you know yr exact way. Tip, after disembarking fm Skyliner, look for East exit as it has lifts to the ground level. Out of lift, turn right and hotel is abt 100 metres away. The hotel’s reception is on 3rd floor So just take the lift at the ground floor. Rooms were large for Tokyo standard. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was in sets but quite adequate to start the day!

Good Location just walking distance approx 6mins below the Nippori JR station. Bus station just downstair. Good, cheap and v tasty ,2nd floor restaurant Breakfast discount price for hotel guest. Room is big and spacious. Just that the room and facilities are old, no USB plug. Room are hot but was told to open window. Lucky ws winter time. Upon arrival Bed Linen found Hair strands. One of the day of cleaning my cup was not wash was dirty! But |i strongly recommend!!!! I love the staffs too, nice polite and honest!!

Good location, especially for those with JR pass. Good value breakfast deal. Microwave available for heating cheap 7/11 meals. Some train noise, but not loud. Reasonable size room for Japan.

Great Location with Direct train services to Narita Airport”
Stayed at Sunny Hotel a few times already. Nice comfy and clean room as always. Various restaurants around the immediate area. Right next to a JR station, and various (Skyliner or Limited Express) direct train options to Narita airport. Our first choice for Tokyo.

Great value hotel in good location”
I loved the location of the hotel and it was very easy to travel to from Narita. Plus being on the JR Yamanote line made it a good base to explore the Tokyo. There was also a bus route from the hotel to Asakusa. The hotel is about 30 years old and a little worn, however it is very comfortable and the rooms are larger than many Tokyo Hotels I have stayed. The room was right next to the Nippori station and any train noise was minimal as the room was well sound proofed. The window could be opened for fresh air. The breakfast at the restaurant was 470 yen and I think the best value breakfast in Tokyo

Great location but very small room”
Great location next to Nippori Station. Hotel is a bit dated but clean. Only issue we had was that the room we booked was really small - like couldn’t leave suitcases out open. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very nice but didn’t speak much English and didn’t seem to know the area very well as they couldn’t make any restaurant recommendations. However there are tons of restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel-some outstanding like Bazoku ramen across the street and Tenya Tendon a few doors away. Great local neighborhood to walk around. Would stay here again only if we could book a larger room. Rooms with 2 twins tend to be much bigger so forget the double bed for couples.

3rd time stayed at this hotel because of great location (nearby Nippori station to/from Narita Airport). Hotel breakfast set is nice & coffee is great taste.

It’s just above the JR station of Nippori, we don’t have to worry about walking a long way to the transportations for arriving and departing, and even raining. And there’s many restaurants nearby until late.

Perfect location at Nippori - Skyliner to Narita.”
Very friendly staff at the reception, very close to Nippori Station/Skyliner where you have only 40 min. to Narita (Yen 2.470 one way). Rooms are with old equipment, but clean.

Hotel with a heart. ”
Well located, just beside Nippori Train Station. When it was wet and windy, so convenient to pop in/out of station without bother. Room is quite spacious as compared to many hotels in Japan. Convenience store, drug store and many eateries in close vicinity. Several bus services right in front of the hotel. Front desk staff including housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Would be nice to have complimentary coffee, as like many Japanese hotels have at the lobby area. No shower cap were provided too. The hotel graciously let us have the room when we were there at 10 + am despite its 3 pm check-in time. It was the day of the impending land fall of Monster Typhoon Hagibis. Rain was pouring and wind gusting at the time. Many shops & services were closed. Really appreciated them for letting us checked in without us asking.

Great Location Hotel”
Hotel location is great, near JR Nishinippori station and Skyline train Nippori station, so you can access Narita International Airport by Skyline train. there also some restaurant and convenience store nearby. Check in and check out process is quite fast. the room is clean and the room size is fair enough.

Hotel is just outside Nippori station's East exit and there's a restaurant just right below it, very accessible. Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly, however the rooms might need an overhaul as they are fairly old fashioned and the some duvets are worn already

Everything is OK except unstable wifi service, always disconnected.24 hours family mart shop just located beside hotel lobby, added extra convenience.
