Pretty great hotel , Self check in however staff is there to help . Room is decent size for Tokyo standard compare to the rest I stay in before . About 15 mins walk to Tokyo station , and hibiya line jus 2 mins walk away . Easy to access to ginza area too. There’s lots of restaurants around the hotel if you are lazy to go far away . Generally pretty good experience.

Clean and well located hotel. Arrived early and was able to leave luggage at the hotel while we did some exploring. Arrived back to the pleasant surprise of our bags already in our room

Good location”

The hotel is very near to shops and train station, but since there are many stations nearby we got confused between Kayabacho and Hatchobori stations. Checking in and out using machine was smooth (less human interactions- but I guess it was Ok). Nonetheless, the staff were attentive and very helpful whenever needed.

It's only 3 blocks away from Kayabacho station, easily walkable to all the convenience stores in the area (7/11 is just there when you get out of Kayabacho station, also Family Mart, other side of the station exit). Yoshinoya (a staple in every tourists' lunch/dinner plans when too lazy to go out) is also just a block away. While the room is small, it's bearable (but if you have 3 huge luggages, get a bigger room if possible). Bathroom is the typical business hotel size, you get as much toiletries as you need at the lobby (shampoo/conditioner/body wash already provided in the bathroom). They have a complimentary bus scheduled to go to Tokyo station (extremely helpful during our stay as we had to take the shinkansen going to Kyoto). Their hallways are carpeted and sadly, it gets wet because the hotel has a small courtyard and all corridors open up to that. I hope they reconsider removing the carpet so that it's easier for them to maintain. Breakfast is buffet and served at the lobby.

Good Deal”

Good location with competitive price. Friendly, helpful staff. You may ask for nearby eateries which the hotel have mapped out in print. Most of the hotels in Japan are small hence no complains for small space. Nearest train station (which is really very near - 3 mins walk) only have steps hence recommend to take limousine bus to T-CAT then take taxi (less than $1000 JPY) to hotel otherwise you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. There are 2 pharmacies nearby which you can compare prices before buying your beauty products and several convenient stores around the hotel. Satisfactory experience with the hotel. :)

Great budget hotel, excellent service ”

The staff here were great, they held our luggage for us and had it ready in our room when we came back later to check in. The room is small but enough for a couple. The washing machine and dryer and ice machine available was handy. It's a quick walk to a few different subway and bus stops. Easy to get to Disneyland and Disney Sea from here!

Seems that the hotel location is located in one of their CBD area so the neighborhood tends to go very quiet at night. They have shuttle bus service to Tokyo station so utilize that unless you want to carry your luggage and walk up the stairs. Have your dinner somewhere else first before heading back to hotel.

Would be back again”

with 2-5 mins' walking to 3 different metro stations. Breakfast is average (only western style) and limited chocie, but consider the price， 7600 yen per night+free breakfast, I wouldn't complain anymore as you can't find such a deal in a location like Hatchobori. There is one supermarket about 3 min's walking and several izakayas beside the hotel. Service is always great in Japan and you can borrow umbrella from them.

Very good location as it is near the metro line. It is within walkable distance to the Tsujiki fish market. The morning free breakfast is delicious, especially the cereals. They even have takeaway boxes for hotel guests to bring the food to their room. The room is decently sized, as compare to the other Tokyo of this price range. The staff are nice and friendly too.

Good hotel, good location near 2 subway st.(hatchobori & kayabacho) and near JR st (hatchobori). Free breakfast was good.. free shuttle bus to tokyo st JR & hatchobori JR st.. had a laundry room, it's help us when we travelling with kid.. room bigger than another 3 star hotel..

Perfect Stay”

Location was really good with a lot of good restaurants in the area. Room is small though it's expected to be like that anywhere in Tokyo. Breakfast was good as well. i would definitely recommend this place.

Clean and functional”

A hotel situated of walking distance between two subway stations so we could choose which station to board from and alight at depending on where we were going or coming from. We had a clean and comfortable room with basic amenities. Breakfast was sufficient for us to start the day but expect it to be simple - a temporary buffet line set up in front of the lounge area on the first floor. A plus point is the shuttle bus that goes to Tokyo Station and T-Cat, making our commute to the airport with our luggages more convenient. Do note that the timings are limited and it does not run throughout the entire day. You may take note of the timings upon check-in.

Convenient and clean hotel”

The hotel is situated about 15minutes walk from Tokyo Station. There are 2 subway stations nearby less than 5mins walk (Kayabacho & Hatchobori). The Hatchobori station has a JR train station too, making it easy to go to Tokyo Station (2mins by train) and to Disneyland (Maihama station is about 15mins by train). We got breakfast included in our rooms, making life and our budget easier. The breakfast is simple yet abundant and tasty. Rooms are clean everyday with all toiletries replenished. The staff is always smiling and very helpful. I would like to thank everyone of them for their services and assistance. There is Hanamaru Udon and Yoshinoya restaurant just 1 min away on the next street. Room is not big but to me its slightly more comfortable than the really cramp ones. The hotel has a free bus to tokyo station in the morning and also in the evening. Didnt use the vending machine or the laundry but I know its there. The surrounding area is quiet but convenient.

Very good location for Tokyo station”

I was just needed an hotel near to Tokyo station for one night for early train to Kyoto Hotel served its purpose perfectly although would not recommend to use as base for exploring since in CBD if Tokyo

Good location”

The location is unbeatable. It is close to the Hatchobori station and very closed to Ginza and Tokyo and Tsukiji. Although no direct train line goes to the Tokyo station, Villa Fontaine offers free shuttle rides to Tokyo station every morning which is nice. It has everything around, from convenient stores, restaurants to 24 hour supermarket! Villa Fontain offers breakfast every morning too. Nothing wow about it, just a simple breakfast but everything tastes fresh, never taste stale! As for the room size, I stayed at some really small room before, so I consider it's bigger than your average room in Tokyo! I'd totally stay at this hotel again.
