Location is ok, hotel itself is very recommended”
The hotel location is kind of in the middle of three different metro, and train station. Each would take about 6-13 minutes of walking to get there. It's pretty good location to get to just about anywhere. The room is bigger than the other hotels of the same price that we stayed in. Also, its very clean and eco-friendly. They provide all the teeth brushes, and all those things at lobby, so you can choose what you need and take them. The day after we checked out of hotel, we left our luggages there, we had about 6 items and the staffs were still very friendly about it, even helped us receive an amazon package. We didn't go back until 10 PM the same day, and still they were all very nice. It was an awesome experience, definitely would go there next time.

Excellent hotel with many 24hr convenience stores nearby. There's also many izakaya and train stations nearby within walking distance (about 5 mins). Hotel is also located close to Tokyo Dome. In all, very strategic, clean, convenient and comfortable.

The hotel staff is very nice and the room is very clean and easy to access from the subway station just walk around 3 to 5 minute. Just 1 thing I don't like is the room sound proof is not good, can hear small sound from the neighboured but not the voice is just move the luggage or chair hit the wall can hear the sound. Overall is very nice will go back to this hotel if have a chance to Tokyo travel again.

Spacious guest room and good location”
This hotel is great, spacious guest room (15-16 sqm) consider bigger compare to other business hotel, good location - near Jimbocho train station (5 mins walk) which easy to connect and travel to other places, lots of eateries nearby and having convenient store just opposite hotel.

Great location, easy access to trains and the National Gardens/Imperial Palace. Convenience stores all around, do check out the 2nd hand bookstores in the vicinity.

Good for a short stay”
We had a nice stay here. The rooms were small but not tiny, standard for big Asian cities. The facilities were clean and the water pressure was good. Staff were friendly. The location is a bit more of a local area so you’d have to take the subway/train towards more lively places for meals.

Ok, will stay again for Budokan concerts”
Renovated apartment into a hotel, easy to tell when you get off from the elevator. Room was average, cleanliness can be improved & wish it was a little more bright- curtain was too thick but if you open there’s buildings in front, and not enough light during night time. Great location if you’re going to Budokan, for events and concerts, 10 min but easy walk. Short walk from Jimbocho-station (quite far from Suidobashi though) and lots of restaurants & convenience stores.

Quiet and tidy, but the bed rolled way too easily ...”
Nice location near 2 metro station, quiet and tidy. However, the rollers on the bed did not have any locking mechanism, the bed was rolling out from under me when I leaned against the wall sitting on the bed. In general the bed rolled way too easily and then when it pressed against the wall it would make noise. It definitely needs bed stopper.

The hotel was very conveniently located in the area of Kudanshita and has plenty of eateries nearby from restaurants, fast food outlets, 24hr eating places to cafes, bakeries and even souvenior shops! The hotel is also near subway stations like Kudanshita station and Jimbocho station which is less than a 10min walk away and can link you to many other lines that get you to the main areas of Shibuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo Tower etc. The hotel room itself is also really clean and well-kept. It is also considered to be slightly bigger compared to the other hotels in Tokyo which fall under a similar price range. So for this, I would personally rate the hotel to be really value for money and the convenience of its location to various eateries is also a definite plus point.

close to station, 7 eleven next door, very quiet neighborhood, very safe. was great but not good quality of rooms and the a/c is a little weird - needs renovation! and change of paint job.

Exceptional! ”
My experience staying here for 4 nights was exceptional. The room is quiet, cosy and clean. Staff are wonderfully attentive and polite. Location wise is great as well, with subway station within walking distance and a 7-11 right opposite the hotel. Overall it’s a great and comfy place to stay after touring different parts of Tokyo for the whole day.

Great location, near 2 Metros and several convenience stores (Aeon, 7e, Lawson and Family Mart, all within walking distance). Super convenient and the staff had better English than most! :)

Breakfast is awful!”
Hotel location wise is okay. Staff are helpful and tried to assist us in direction and in booking a tour. But breakfast is extremely bad!! Not much of choices. We stayed 5nights. If you can’t eat anything with curry you have no other choice but to eat bread... if you don’t eat anything with pork, you’ll eat bread... and the seats were limited... can you imagine, some customer got to wait for someone to finish eating then only they can sit and eat. And the table you really have to be careful!!! I hurt myself twice and my friends too!!!!! The edge is very sharp!!!! It was tooooo narrow coz the place is very small.. too narrow, too crowded! You will really hurt yourself ! Hope they can change this because that’s the only problem we face every morning. The breakfast and the set up! I wish to come back to this hotel but I will read reviews first to see if something is changed!

Staffs need better training ”
The staffs was not very helpful after a long day travel with an infant asking if is possible for us to check early she not even check and tell us the checking time is 4pm. And the room if very small
