Exactly what I needed as a home base to explore Shibuya. Very conveniently located, the room was quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. The room was very small and did not have a microwave in-room, but it’s perfect if all you need is a comfortable place to sleep!

One stop to everything happening in downtown. Transportation is easy to access and hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel hospitality is good and room is good and cozy. Strongly recommend.

There are many amenities to choose, the staffs are friendly and they speak English. The bed was comfortable and there’s a bath tub which we could relax. It was a good stay!

Not a bad option for a few days in Tokyo”
Got a room during pandemic times, and this place has an excellent location in the heart of Shibuya. It's tucked in off from Tokyu Hands and near to Shibuya station and the rooms are decent, very clean. Only downside, like all business hotels in Tokyo was the rather small size. Still, not a bad option all in all. If only the streets of Shibuya were as clean as this place...

They are so helpful and the location is convenience if you will be visiting all the tourist attraction. Parco shopping centre is just opposite the hotel.

Right behind Parco”
Location in Shibuya is great - it's right behind Parco, which isn't as crazy as being by the scramble crossing. A short distance from Shibuya Station, so bare this in mind if you have to manage multiple suitcases - it can become quite a challenge. Room wasn't too small, but didn't have much space for suitcases so it felt rather cramped. There were ample power sockets and a very well thought of USB port beside the bed. Bathtub was big enough for one to lie in. Toiletries don't get replenished daily, but the counter at the lobby has free flow of whatever you could take - comb, brush, toothbrush, sponge, cotton bud, tea, coffee. Would recommend this place, just wish that it wound have more facilities, like a pool and gym.

It’s Tokyo what can I say room super small but to be expected. Location fabulous though so very convenient. Do yourself a favour don’t get the breakfast. It’s not great and so many fab eateries right outside.

Ideally located opposite Parco mall, within close vicinity to dougenzaka with all the shopping and food options. Friendly staff who are ready to help the customers. Great recommended stay.

Very good location. Hotel is just across Parco, and few meters away from Onitsuka Tiger, Muji, Ichiran Ramen and other stores. Walking distance also to Shibuya scramble crossing, Shibuya station and the famous Hachiko. The staff is very accommodating that they allow us to check in early without additional charges. Our room is clean and tidy. We were lucky to be able to book a relatively bigger room and bathroom. It is definitely worth staying at this hotel.

The size of the room was enourmous compared to other hotels in the same area with the same category! Breakfast couldn’t be better: 3 choices of menu!! Thanks for the amenities too!!!! Because they are better and more than expected! (Not only toiletries!) ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have a great selection of amenities that you pick up by the elevator on the way up to your room. I love that they had both oil based cleanser, foaming cleanser, toner, and cream, in individual packets to use!

Strategic location with nice facilities ”
I would say accomodation price not really eco-friendly since located near centre of Shibuya but very close to many tourist attractions and train station. Hotel provided all necessary accessories with "take what you need" policy, however it is slightly disappointed that no mineral water is provided, you have to purchase from vending machine. Room is quite compact for couple but bathroom is bigger compared to other hotels. Overall still a very premium choice if budget allowed.
