Great stay”
Check in is flawless, even when we're arrived almost midnight. The hotel is sparkly clean and the suite room is big enough to accommodate 4 adults. A very short walk to the central train station and next door to the supermarket which is great. The staffs are also very polite and friendly.

Very Friendly and non racial employees , good service , clean towel, clean room . great location ..just few minutes walk to the main station and subway , and there's a supermarket just next to the hotel .

L'única queixa podria ser que ens van preparar l'habitació doble com si només fos per una persona. (1 tovallola de dutxa , 1 coixí i l'edredó sense llençols). La resta molt bé. Esmorzar molt bò i molt complet.

Fair and need to improve check-in ”
Great location with numerous signage for hotel. The bed is too soft for me that I totally could not sleep during my stay. The big problem is the check-in. We arrived at there around 7:30pm and the front desk staff tried almost 20mins that she could not find my booking. It is totally unacceptable as the time we arrived at the hotel are very exhausted. She kept us waiting and waiting. We showed her our passport and also the booking confirmation. However, she could not find our booking. This really disappointed us. Hope a smoother check-in in the future visit.

There were a few thing to complain. Agreed, that the hotel do not have any outstanding features. However, everything was just sufficient and just right. The location was perfect. The room were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Free bikes was such a add-on. A must recommended.

It's a mid-sized hotel with a nice boutique feel. 5min walk from the main train station and next to a grocery. We got a beautiful and spacious room on the top floor with a nice and sunny terrace! The staff were all really charming and very helpful, gave us great recommendations for some places to try in Vienna. Really love this city and we enjoyed having Hotel Zeitgeist as our home base. Will definitely be back here next time!

We spent 2 nights in Hotel Zeitgeist Vienna. Good location nearby main train station, supper market and restaurants. Room design was great, clean and beautiful but hotel pillows too soft and no refrigerator in room T_T
