I requested a higher floor room , and the view from the room window is too great, I can see the Giant Ferris Wheel , it is really a nice experience to stay there.

Hotel is just outside Vienna. Easier to access via U than first anticipated. Right in between two U station. Takes 5 mins to walk to and another 7 mins to stephanplatz. Breakfast is expected being an Ibis hotel.

The hotel is generally old and they don't provide kettle for us to have morning coffee. When i tried to call reception, they just said "No" without even listening what i am trying to say. Basically, not a nice stay.

Great service mind staff and very clean and quiet place to stay”
We got to Vienna at around 7 am and got to the hotel at around 8 am to leave our luggages then go in to the city waiting for check in time. However, the staff there let us check in and she even said that we might need some rests as it was a very long flight from Thailand. It was very impressed and very thoughtfull of her. Thank you and will be back.

Ibis Hotel Wien was much better in service than Ibis Budget Hotel (which is located right next to each other). Big room and clean. Just the Ibis that we are aware of.

Good location near to subway station, not in central city area, easy to get Halal Food just kebab store just near the subway station, near to Billa supermarket and convenient store. Basic accomandation, can request at reception for hot water & heat meal using microwave
