Staff on first evening were nice and got a parking space fine. There was a function which went on til about 630pm send we were warned by email but the room vibrated due to the music which wasn't great. Shower was broken and water came out very hot and couldn't be changed so couldn't shower and no shower soap in dispenser. Overall not great. But location is good

Room hadn't been cleaned properly. Stains in bathroom/toilet. Food crumbs under bed. The ladies at reception weren't very motivated & welcoming. (The gentleman however was very nice.!) Breakfast buffet was alright. Attentive, welcoming waitress.

I am a returning customer. This is a simple hotel at a budget price £45 on the night I stayed. Nothing not to like to be fair. A proper bargain. My only thoughts were the hotels room description was inaccurate. It stated the room size in square meters. The room I was given struggled to be half the size described on the booking site . I asked and was told they were all quite similar in size. However they showed me a family room and couldn't have been more accommodating to move me.

Second visit, great value as continental breakfast included. Rooms clean and have everything you need. Above all the staff are always very friendly.

This hotel offers great value as its close to the city (bus stop to the city center within 2 minutes walk) with free parking. Rooms are small but adequate and clean. Breakfast is ok as well. Only problem is the many stairs around the building even to the lifts! Makes it difficult to lug heavy luggage up and down. Otherwise, no major issues. Will stay again if I should be in city

Close to city center. Plenty of car parking space. Good continental breakfast. Quiet environment despite central location.on site bar opens til 2am. The only bad comment is the keycard seems to get de-magnetise everyday over the 3 days of my stay. Reception lady happy to help sorting out though

Would not give me room unless paid again”
Nothing stood out. I arrived late to check in and was told I had not paid for the room so would only get the room if I paid. Card details on hotel computer were not mine and I provided booking confirmation email sent to me on paying online in full. Eventually, 30 mins later after getting my business phone from car I showed email confirming paid in full. Still only give me room after asking me to forward this to an obscure email address On getting to room, TV did not work. Very disappointing and quite scared I was not going to get th room I had already paid for. Really unpleasant experience

The hotel was quite old but had lots of character. was probably a really amazing hotel years ago. Staff are very friendly and very helpfull. Lots of fun

needs upgrading, mattresses and pillows uncomfortable and standard of cleaning not good (thre were crumbs on the carpet around the bed)

Het was op een hoofdbaan, gemakkelijk te vinden. De recepioniste was heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was maar matig. De hygiëne van de kamer: 2 x hebben ze de badkamer niet schoongemaat tydens mijn verblijf. En de mokken op de kamer zijn vuil met koffieomranding. Kamers zijn wat te klein voor 2 personen.
