Lovely Hotel”
Booked a Superior room for 3 nights at this hotel. Check in was smooth & the best part is we got a room upgrade - Thanks to Christina. Hotel staff were very nice esp Franziska who was very friendly & accommodating in answering all our questions about the attractions we wanted to visit. The Bedroom & bathroom were clean, modern & spacious. The bathroom had double sinks & a walk in shower which we really appreciated. Wifi was very fast & ac worked well also. Ice machine was right outside our room which was very convenient. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with several hot and cold options. Hotel location was perfect with a bus stop right across the street which made it easy going to the city center and train station. Hotel is also within walking distance to Mirabell Garden & Old Town & other attractions we wanted to see. We really enjoyed our stay at Imlauer Hotel - Pitter. Very lovely hotel & highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel experience ”
We were a party of eight, four adults and four children aged; 12, 10,8,5. We stayed three nights in two family rooms and enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. The staff were extremely accommodating with every request and traveling with small children generated many opportunities for them to showcase their service. We loved the city of Salzburg and if we visit again we will definitely stay at the Imlauer Pitter Hotel again.

The hotel is in a great location, a 15 minute walk from the train station, and a 15 minute walk ( which passes through Mirabel Gardens) to Old Town. Our room was very spacious, the bathroom was newly remodeled, and the beds were super comfortable, even the sofa bed that my daughter slept on. Very friendly and helpful staff, gave us great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit.

Beautiful hotel great location”
Fabulous hotel. Only issue is getting luggage to hotel with a busy street in front of the hotel and the parking is around the corner. Bit inconvenient and confusing is the parking if you bring a car. The restaurant upstairs is deliscious and reservation is highly recommended. Very busy even on a Monday evening. View looks beautiful from the restaurant, but we didn't see much as it was raining

Excellent Location ”
Location of hotel is suitable to have a walk around Salzburg - price is value for money. Distance to old town is between the reach by walking distance .

Alittle expensive but good ”
It was a nice hotel but quite expensive. Was near to the Christmas markets and everything was walkable.

It is a quaint district, good walking distance to a brunch place called Fingerlos. Within the hotel, there is a classy Imlauer Sky Bar & Restaurant, where we can dine and drink conveniently.

Fully renovated property with a proper rooftop bar and restaurant”
Firstly the staff at reception were excellent, always attentive, helpful , and full of local knowledge - especially Rene. Location was excellent and a pleasant 5-10 minute walk into old town and better to be staying away from the crowds there. Room size was very large and more than needed. well recommended if you prefer modern quality to old world.

We are staying this hotel for two days , the staff here name Juan is very friendly . He give us lots of useful information. The hotel breakfast is nice .The bed is so comfortable n clean .. make us feel like home . I will definitely come back again .

Vienna is my 3rd visit; was previosly from Paris and Prague. Surely, no doubt; staffs in the hotel are the most friendly out of bunch when we first arrived at the hotel. They helped us to book our resto & give us tip which i appreciate. The room itself was good - ours is the standard one - which later we decide to upgrade to executive standard just for the sake of having a bigger space & nice view outside instead of viewing courtyard before. The executive room is HUGE & i can’t complain anything about it. My 2 previous hotel are nothing to compete. However, the problem arises the following day; ranging from amenities not being refilled even after its being fully used, water bottles not being refilled as well. This may sound simple problem as i can just pick up the phone & ask the staffs to refill, nevertheless, we’re talking stars quality hotel which i think this is a basic features & services where i should not be complaining in 1st place. Facilties are good - no complain

The location is good, right between the train main station and mirabell palace. The staff are very polite. Room is tidy yet there's still dust at the corners.

What a Great Hotel”
We spend three nights in this great hotel. It is located perfectly, within walking distance of the old city of Salzburg and right next to the plaza where all the bus tours around Salzburg and into the country start. The concierge staff were fantastic and really helped us to get the best experience from our short stay. Highly recommend the half day tour to Hallstatt if you have time.
