Clean and sufficient room”
The management should have notified us that their reception room was under construction and where the entrance is. We got to Vienna late and did not know where the entrance is. We were fortunate enough that there was another guest who was entering through the make shift entrance and noticed that we were trying to find where the entrance is. There was a lady the next morning who assisted us on how to get around the city and gave us free tickets for the metro. The room was clean and sufficient.

I used to live in Vienna and have absolute knowledge around Train station westbahnhoff has got 2 vienna lines u3 and u6 With the u3 it connects you all to the other train lines plus easier journeys around the 1st district Room was really nice and spacious only downside was no bath tub but it was really great As I used to work in the hotel industry this one was really above 4 star class hotel Staff were friendly always has smiles in their faces Will be back here again and looking forward for it

Probably not a real 4 star hotel; a very good 3. But the location is one of the best I've ever experienced; at the start of the main walk street that goes to the Museum area and then down to Stephansplaz (the epicenter of the city's attractions); 50 yards to the Underground; 200 yards to Westbahnhof which is the train/bus station (bus to/from VIE airport for 8 euros); there is a grocery store (Billa) directly across the street from the door. Rooms are not big but not small; mostly quiet; the bed was in great shape and very comfortable; mattress was not too hard or soft. The bathrooms are nicely appointed. Tiny TV. The elevators worked well. The staff was workmanlike but not incredibly friendly; did not follow up on 1 request I'd forwarded before arrival.

The big problem is that the bathing room is higher than toilet, after shower , all water would be leaking to the toilet. It becomes swimming pool. And the service sucks..... don’t choose the hotel , you would regret.

For the price of this hotel, you get an extremely convenient location just an escalator up from one of the exits of Westbanhof subway station and at the start of the shopping street Mariahilfer Strase which leads to the old Vienna inner city. It is also a less-than-5-minutes walk to the airport bus pickup/drop off point. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Staffs are also fun and helpful. Highly recommended!

The chairs in room 632 were stained and had required maintenance. The price/ratio of the breakfast buffet was not so attractive, in particular given the fact that there are lots of wonderful local bakeries and coffee shops just next door. Very friendly and professional staff.
