Thank-you for a lovely stay. The complimentary shuttle bus from kansai airport was great (and fast). Such a relief to not have to worry about getting to the hotel after a very long day of travel. The bus driver was so kind in helping me to load my suitcase into the bus. At the hotel, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the clerk, who used a map to show me the way to my next accommodation. The room was lovely, with excellent lighting. I really appreciated the amenities (toothbrush, razor, etc). The bed was so comfortable; I slept like a log. The coffee was excellent, thank-you!

I chose this hotel based strictly on close proximity to the airport but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my room and how clean it felt. I also appreciated the kindness of the staff and the convenience store on the 2nd floor. I didn't have anymore room in my suitcase to buy anything more but if I did, I would have shopped at the Rinku outlet mall as the location was perfect. Getting to the airport with the shuttle bus was smooth and seamless. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Perfect hotel located near airport”
It was a short stay in the hotel as we had just landed in Japan and had to leave for Osaka next morning. Stay was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Hotel has shuttle service from and to Airport. It has a FamilyMart inside hotel which is open 24X7, which was helpful. It's a good hotel for frequent travelers and for people who want to take a pit stop before and after Osaka trip.

Near Rinku Premium Outlet with free shuttle to airport”
The location was splendid with 5 mins walk to train station and 15 mins walk to Rinku Premium Outlet. Free shuttle was provided to airport and a mall (but I could not remember the mall's name). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, wifi and air con were working fine. I would definitely come back if visit again.

This hotel is very close to airport, have free shuttle bus. Staffs are friendly and efficient. Room is spacious and clean. Located right 3 mins walking from Rinku Town station where has a outlet and heaps of shops. A 24 hrs open supermarket Trial is just few mins walking. Great for short stay for the flights to/from airport.

Perfect for early flights”
The hotel is located next to a mall which was great since there isn't much to do there. They had a free shuttle bus to the airport. That was great because we had a 6a.m. flight out. Rooms are nice a big and clean. Beds a nice, soft, and comfy. I will stay here again.

Good Hotel for Shopping Trip”
The hotel is situated besides the airport and the outlet and nearby even have two more shopping mall and one fresh seafood market. It is good for tourists who want to shop everything at the end of the trip. It is out of my expectation that there is shuttle bus to airport. I have 3 heavy luggage and it is the best choice from the hotel to the airport on my departure day.

Excellent for a good night rest”
Admittedly, no one stays near the airport unless on a late night or early morning flight... then the Kansai Washington is just what you need. Free shuttle to n from airport, simple clean rooms for a good night sleep and an efficient check in and out counter... we arrived at 11pm and there were 4 receptionist to handle the late night arrivals quickly! Tip- ask to sign up for their Group Membership card and get a later 11am check out instead of the usual 10am. Lastly, hotel has a 24 hour convenience store with food options for the late arrivals. There are also a 24 hr discount supermarket and a cosmetics store just across the road. If you got more time, the Rinku shopping area is 10 mins walk away. Definitely recommended for those looking for a rest between flight connections.

Satisfy stay”
We were staying here as we were on late flight and need an over night stay before transfer the next morning. Room is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly also. There are a convenient store in case you need to catch a supper snack at late night. Overall satisfy stay.

Great Hotel near KIX”
We missed our flight and needed a place to stay for a night. This hotel is just outside the airport after the bridge. They provide a nice shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was wonderful and the rooms were very big compared to regular hotels in Japan. The breakfast in the morning is worth it. We had a wonderful time.

Great hotel for family of 6”
We missed out flight and needed 2 rooms, one for the grandparents and another for my family. This review is from my grandparents. They enjoyed both the dinner and the morning breakfast. They also said that the Lawsons inside the hotel was very convenient as well as the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Room is clean and few steps from the train station. It is walking distance to outlets. It is convenient location and good facilities offered (free shuttle bus to airport and family mart).

Stayed here on the last night for my early departure next day. Got a smaller Standard Twin Room this time (20sqm) çompared to last time Superior Twin(27sqm). Main difference is the toilet which is suitable for only 1 person at a time, with a smaller tub, not a bath. Room itself is very clean and quiet, with ample space for 2 large luggages and 2 medium sized asians. Apart from the convenience store and 24 superstore across the road, there is also a 24 hour restaurant serving burgers, pasta and some local dishes for the late night cravings. Definitely recommended for those looking for a simple clean and good night stay before embarking on their Japan adventures!

an excellent hotel for the airport ”
We booked here because the hotel has a shuttle service to the airport. It turned out to be free, very efficient and fast (make a reservation) As in all the hotels in which we stayed in Japan, the staff are welcoming and efficient. Our room on the 10th floor was spacious and as always in our experience in Japan super clean. Directly next to the railway station, Rinku Town, there is a large shopping centre with a food court and 5 or six restaurants. Easily a good place to spend your last night in Japan if you’re flying the next morning.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. Upon message request for a baby cot, they responded swiftly and confirmed the availability. This is already my second time staying in this hotel and I'll recommend my friends and relatives to stay there if they would like to visit the premium outlet nearby.

Very good location to Rinku Outlet only 10 - 15 minutes walk. Very nice room and very easy to go to airport with very comfort shuttle bus of the hotel .

We took one night here before flying back home. Fast connection to airport (10minutes), excellent staff, clean rooms and good amenities.
