What I like about this hotel was that it was inside a mall- lots of shopping and easy access to the "touristy" things we did. I accidentally left my passport at the hotel upon check out and they were kind enough to mail it back to me. I am very greatful for that! Their customer service is wonderful. What I didn't like about the hotel though, is that parking is expensive and almost nonexistent. For about 2 days of parking, we spent about $123!!! Wish there was discount for staying at the hotel. But if you don't drive, parking is not an issue. We had a toddler, so driving is the best option for us. Also, the rooms were a little small and some of the appliances were outdated, but other than that, they seem clean. Would recommend this hotel!

I wanted to do a staycation at a hotel. I really enjoyed my time there. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were really nice and accommodating.

The best spot to explore Kichijoji”
Nice hotel with very good service. Easy access to everything in Kichijoji neighbourhood by walking. Plenty of shopping and restaurant around.

Expensive but good”
I had a very relaxing stay here. It was close to the Kichijoji Station, plus shops and restaurants are abundant as well. The staff are really nice and friendly! :) I guess that's why it's expensive - you get what you pay for. :)

Better than the photos ”
This is a fun and less touristy part of Tokyo that we chose for its proximity to the. Studio Ghibli Museum. This hotel is really lovely and somehow the photos don’t do it justice.

Great Location with Car park”
The hotel is a bit old but the room is big. (I booked Loft room in total of 3 beds with one bunk bed). The hotel provide coupon for free bowling but we didnt have time for that. The hotel is very close to mall and walking street. I love this small town. We stayed here for one night visited the park and the zoo inside the park then walking street. You will find shoe-plaza in sunroad which the shoes are really cheap.

Good Hotel in a good location”
Hotel is a very good. Location is also good, only 5-10 min walk to train station and also not too far to go to NTT R&D where i have meeting. The staffs are also very kind and helpful

Very nice stay, not center but not far”
Very nice hotel, very helpful staff For 3 persons (2 parents and 1 adult child) very good and enough big room. Train station 5-10 min walk Lots of shops and restaurants around. Next time we will stay there again :)

Fantastic and Centralised place!”
Hotel is about a good 5 mins walk away from Kichijoji station (along the chuo line). Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a cafe, instead of a lobby. Taking the elevator up to the lobby, we realised the lobby was abit small. We should have realised that the small lobby would also be sort of pre-empting us about how small the room was. However, we were in tokyo to explore and not to spend time in the hotel room. The cleanliness of the place and the terrific service of the staff made our trip very enjoyable! Not to forget, there is also free access and complimentary use of the bowling alley. Guests would just have to do a booking with the front desk at the lobby. All in all, the location and great service of the hotel made our stay at Dai-ichi Kichijoji a very pleasant one.
