Hotel room is small but fine for just storing luggage and freshening up. If you're like me you will like to go out and about and not spend much time in the hotel room. The location is very good, just a few minutes from the main area of Shinjuku. There is a batting cage around the corner which is very fun to play and a 7 Eleven nearby aswell. There is also a Don Quijote located around the block as well (albeit a small one as it's only 1 floor) but it's convenient. Korea town is also nearby if you feel like some Korean Fried Chicken. The hotel is very clean and has english speaking staff who are very helpful. I would definitely stay here again just because of the location.

This place was just sooo great. Great staff, clean, great location near Korea Town and the station. I didn't get breakfast, but it looked and smelt delicious!

Great hotel that is close enough and far enough away from the major train stations to give you convenience and also quiet for downtime... A small park is also nearby which helps to clear my mind... Many food places and convenient stores are also nearby... I hope to be back again...

Everything was wonderful. 3 things to keep in mind 1. Rooms are a bit tight for three. Small 2. The mattress is very hard. No give 3. You can't open the window, street noise will keep you up all night. Having said that, the location is within walking distance to the heart of Shinjuku district. The service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was just right. Soup and sandwiches with plenty of delicious coffee. Thanks for your hospitality

Staff is willing to help. Room space is on par for Tokyo's hotel but they have everything you need. I'd recommend this for others.

The hotel is sleek design. Location is nice, closed to Shinjuku walking street. No doubt for cleanliness and staff is helpful with English. The room is a bit small, anyway it's the same as others with this value price, especially in Tokyo. Conclusion is highly recommended.

Great location, in a quiet corner near all the craziness of Shinjuku, so you get the best of both worlds. Good bar downstairs (was packed and great atmosphere during rugby world cup) and nice staff. The only downside is that the rooms are really tiny - the smallest I've seen in Japan. If you have 2 large suitcases - it will be a challenge.

Small but has everything that’s essential”
While the room was small, the luggages could be placed below the bed, saving some space to walk. Location wise, probably about 5-10 min walk from the Shinjuku station which is still alright considering the cool weather. For those with a sensitive nose, do note that the ventilation don’t seem to be that good, could smell cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room.

Overall, a great hotel for the value!”
Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and 2 children (13 and 12 years) and overall was pleased with the stay. The room was small by Western standards but reasonably sized for a Tokyo hotel. The property is clean, safe, and well kept (as one would expect for a new hotel). Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was good -- especially enjoyed the shower/bath room. We couldn't figure out how to operate the heat but luckily it wasn't an issue during our stay. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The hotel was located ~8 min walk from Shinjuku Station. It was away from the more "shady" areas of Kabukicho and surprisingly quiet even though it is close to a hospital and police station. While it would be fun to be more in the middle of the action rather than on the fringe, the safe and peaceful feeling made it worthwhile. Koreatown was just a few minutes away by walk. If we were going to stay in the same area on our next trip to Tokyo, we would definitely consider staying here again!

There are 4 beds in one room, we can stay in a same room together of 4 family members. How amazing at 歌舞伎町!!! The bathroom is big and nice. The location is good for eating :p :p, a lot of restaurants & convenient stores around.

Overall a nice stay. Near Kabukicho and Korean Town. Nice and quiet place within a red-light district. A few convenience store options near by.
