Great location with friendly staff”
Friendly staff (more than 1) who recommended restaurants and places of interest to us. We had a comfortable 2-night stay. Nothing to fuss over. Everything is great!

Highly Recommended”
The hotel was just a short walk from the Munich Hbf (central station) so if travelling by train, it is very accessible. The hotel is close to shopping centres, chemist, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff (special mention to Anthony) are all helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and the hallway always smells nice. The room wasn’t grand but modern, clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows but everything else was good. The buffet breakfast food were fresh and satisfying. When this Covid19 is over and we go back to Munich, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Very conveniently located to the train station, with all needed amenities - cafe, supermarket all within a stone throw. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff were helpful. It is value for money.

Very nice hotel on a so so street”
The hotel is right next to the train station. The street is not the best but it's not so bad either. The hotel itself is very nice, smells good and the staff is very friendly. The parking is fairly expensive at 21euro per night.

Overall was great. Hotel was very conveniently located near the Central Train Station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and utensils were however not as clean as I hooed it would be eg, there were large clumos of dust around some parts of the room.

Was very close to the Christmas market which was a plus. Rooms are what you see in the photo, clean. Parking lots are extremely limited though.. lucky we got one.

The hotel is pretty much just across the Munich Central Train Station. The room was adequate and always clean. The building is a bit old and the hotel felt more like a 3-star, rather than 4-star. The central a/c was not up to the job as our room was never sufficiently cool (we stayed ther for 11 nights) and the thermostat did not do anything. We would probably look for other options if we go back to Munich.

The receptionist was so kind and nice to us. He introduced me to many places in Munich and gave me a city map as well. However, we couldn’t park in the hotel garage because it was full so we had to park it at the car park nearby. I was hoping that the hotel would have enough parking for guests. The room was so dark, no light on the ceiling at all. Bathroom was bright, which we really liked it. During our stays, the room on too of us or other room was making so much noise at 7am and woke us up. The hotel should make sure that no construction work could be done before at least 8 or 9 am!

Convenient location to main railway station, which connects to city centre and many of the tourist attractions in suburb. The room is small but packed with the necessities like kettle, mini fridge and wifi. Overall a decent stay

Lovely rooms, nice foyer area for drinks however super rude staff in the restaurant, poor food and very small sizing of good for the price they charge.
